This was a nice Walmart. I saw plenty of employees on the floor. They were approachable and helpful in more than one department (which is totally opposite of 99 H Street in DC *except the pharmacy rocks). The bathrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking. Just like any other Walmart, watch the traffic closest to the store when entering/exiting. read more

I went to the Auto Center because I previously brought windshield wipers I thought I could put on myself. Not so return to store and as I was getting out the car approaching the store an employee, Kenyal, asked if I needed help, said I got you and to give him a minute while he check this other car tire size. He was done in no time. He was the most courteous and truly displayed outstanding customer service. Just Awesome! read more

Went to the pharmacy, asked the pharmacist for over counter meds, I couldn't understand what he was saying. Foreign country. Get someone who can speak English fluently. I've used the curb side pick up at this store several times now and have to say how impressed I've been with the efficiency and, more importantly, the friendly and professional workers that bring t he groceries out. They have been consistently friendly and helpful which is getting harder and harder to find in retail these days. My last visit to Redner's in Camden was very disappointing but my experiences at this location have been beyond expectations. Keep up the good work! read more

Stay away! Find another store! Worst Walmart in the area! For starters they only have one entrance open and don't give me that COVID stuff because the store had so many people in it I had to wait for people to move out of the way while shopping. Also I'm disabled and they had the handicap spots barricaded on the side the entrance was on. They are completely unorganized and the staff was rude and unhelpful. We enjoy our shopping trips here, we visit my brother and sister that live in Delaware often and we must come here, this store is clean well organized the shelves are well stocked, I been to some in ny that we're a mess. I need to vent....so I am in Walmart getting my grandson some formula and it's locked up. There is a bell to ring for assistance. There is a lady already there who said she has been waiting for assistance over 20 minutes. If you know me you know I immediately went to look for the manager. Manager said they been looking for the ONLY individual who has the keys only to find out the employee mistakenly took keys home. I've driven big 4WD trucks with big aggressively treaded knobby on/off-road tires for half my life. My current 4WD truck is my NINTH 4WD. I bought my current tires at this location, the biggest ones they sell, which means I get them rotated and balanced for free there, which means I kinda feel obligated to go there to have it done, or else I'm going elsewhere to pay for what I could have had for free. So I went in this afternoon and dropped my truck off to have the tires rotated and balanced and asked them to go ahead and change the oil while it was there. Signed the paperwork, went over to Applebee's for a bite to eat, came back about an hour and a half later and picked it up. The auto department manager rang me up and checked me out. He didn't mention anything unusual, just recommended that I get an alignment soon, so I signed the paperwork without wading through all the fine print and took off. Got about halfway through the parking lot, and remembered this was Walmart, after all, and pulled over and got out and looked it over. Well, what do you know? The front tires are still on the front and the back tires are still on the back. Whaaaaat? I turned around and went back. When I got back, the manager who'd rung me up had gone to lunch, and the clerk who was there said the paperwork said they couldn't rotate them due to uneven wear, so I asked to speak to the store manager. I ended up with an assistant store manager. I explained the situation. I asked him if he'd ever driven a 4WD truck with big tires, and if he was familiar with the fact that no matter how well they're balanced and aligned, they NEVER wear evenly. They're loud, they wear unevenly, that's the price you pay for having that type of tires. He explained that the people in the auto service area aren't actually mechanics, they just do "visual inspections", install and rotate tires, and change oil, and he quoted me the store policy, which is that they don't rotate unevenly worn tires. Then he told me he could have me sign a waiver, and they could rotate my tires for me. So then I waited another 40 minutes while they did the actual work that I brought my truck in for in the first place. My big beef is that they didn't even bother to tell me that the work hadn't been done. If I didn't have a good familiarity with mechanical and maintenance work, I might never have even realized it. Burying it in the fine print of a receipt and then not mentioning it is pretty lame. And then to find out that they could have just had me sign the waiver from the very beginning and I'd have never had to waste all the extra time?!?! I'll still go back for my free rotate and balance service for the life of these tires, but I'll be sure to question everything, and I won't be buying any more tires from them. read more

I went to the walmart today and trying to buy a eyelashes but, they put the locks on the little hanging thing and you can't take it off your self, You have to call associates to unlock the thing so, I asked one of associates that I need help for cosmetics department, well , I was wait long 20mins and associates never show up!! So disappointed you have to call associates for just one thing. Lose the customers and money. Well, I'm not spend my money for cosmetics at Walmart any more thats for sure !!! read more

The staff is very friendly but the stock has been awful for many months. Items don't get refilled for weeks even months at a time. It is very frustrating. I have recently been going to other local Walmart super centers and they have been very well stocked. So it isn't that the items aren't available, they just aren't getting ordered. I am considering shopping at Dover or Milford Walmart even though I live just a few miles from Camden. read more

The grocery section is unorganized. You go in their spend $100's of dollars just to be harrassed at the door and asked for a receipt when leaving out the store. After shopping and spending my hard earn money I dont want to be harrassed for being a customer and shopping, there, if they dont suspect u stole something they shouldn't stop and check your receipt and they pick and choose who receipt they want to check. They will hire someone to check receipts but it's only 3 registers open, they should put their employees where they're useful at the cash register and not at the door. No reason it's 20 lines and only 3 opened. read more

Parking lot is a mess, but isn't every Walmart. Carts are usually everywhere in the parking lot. They have two self checkout areas so that helps a lot. The employees at the self checkout are fast to help you. read more

Got in line with my vehicle at 7am....10am the finally get it on the rack. It sits on rack for another 35 minutes. 1 service tech doing oil changes. I shopped Walmart today and it may be my last visit to Walmart. The place is so cluttered with boxes and boxes of inventory to be placed on the shelves. In the back part of the store where the dairy items are displayed were a couple of pallets with dog food. They were wrapped in plastic and someone cut a hole in the side and the bags were falling out onto the floor. What a safety issue and unprofessional manner to display inventory to the public. As I was heading to the checkout, I saw more boxes ripped open and the grocery items littered the floor (this was the center aisle) The floor looked dirty and the store shelves were not properly replenished with inventory for the paying customers today at Walmart. I guess that is why so many people are now ordering online and then going over to pick up the groceries. In the meat department there were many areas blocked with pallets of unopened boxes. In the back part of the store near the paint section, the entire back aisle was blocked by numerous boxes piled high one on top of the next. Does Walmart forget how to run a store properly for the people who want to shop the store? read more

Ok...it's Walmart....a place to save a few dollars while mingling with a wildly diverse population of humans and semi-humans. The parking lot is a mess and always trashy, but the store is clean enough, usually. They have a pretty good selection of fruits and vegetables and those are usually in good condition. Many of the prices in the grocery section actually rival those in the DAFB commissary. I don't shop here often, but when I do, I like to use the self checkout line. read more

If there were a hell on earth, this place between the hours of 11AM-7PM would be it, but it's Walmart what do you expect. It's pretty cheap and in a good location, but it's Walmart. The place is always busy (you can go in at 3AM and I promise you will not be the only shopper) and parking is horrendous, but it's Walmart. The produce is generally fresh (I actually got the best cauliflower I've ever had in my life there-1 time event though), they keep it fairly clean inside, and it truly is a one stop shop. What more can I say about the place other then it's Walmart, that should speak for itself. read more

I ordered on November 9th, 2021 with arriving today message after placing order. No updates all day. On November 10th, 2021 same thing all day arriving today no updates. On November 11th, 2021 all day until ~9 PM EST no updates then changes to delayed, arriving today. I contact walmart and am told that it is in Fed Ex possession after about 45 minutes on the phone with Walwart.com agent. I then contact FedEx and spoke with Agent Louis at 10:05 PM EST. He assures me that Walmart never shipped the item that they only created a shipping label. I then call Walmart.com back and am told that it IS still in warehouse even though I received multiple emails that my package was en route. Agent Sabrina told me she would escalate it? That it could take 48 hours? WTH am I paying for Walmart+ if I get lied to about delivery days, times and availability. Save yourself money, time and stress and go with Amazon.com they charge 1/2 the price for a prime subscription Walmart does for Walmart + and do not lie blatantly to thier customers about available free deliveries. Walmart is a VERY disability unfriendly establishment and would NOT recommend to anyone. read more

On Monday November 25, I purchased a 6 Foot Italian Sub to be picked up Today, Wednesday 27, November. I asked for it to be ready at 09:00 am but was told that the earliest I could get it was 10:00 am. Today upon arrival I was informed that I was not on the list to pick up a sub. After an extensive search, my paid receipt and order was located. I was asked to wait while it was being made. Once I received my sub and was walking out the door, the door greater stopped me and questioned having two Mayonnaise bottles that were given to me from the Deli as per my order requirements. I returned to the Deli and complained that The Greeter was preventing me from leaving. Then a loud conversation erupted between the ladies at the Deli on providing the mayonnaise or not providing mayonnaise as I noted on my order. Walmart today you failed to provide quality customer service and I will look to take my Deli business else where! read more
