First of all this place is slim pickings but the thing that really annoyed me was their check out…read moreline. They have it split in two where they have "self check out" on one side and "cashier" on the other side. They had two self check out registers and two registers with cashiers all in one straight line. When I got in line the "cashier" side had people waiting in it and the self check out had none so I went in that line. After waiting a while and more people got in the cashier line I was still waiting for a self check out. When a cashier became available and I tried to walk to them I was informed by the self check out police that worked there that I was in the self check out line so I was not allowed to go to the cashier. I had to let other people who were waiting for less time than me go first. Terrible customer service on Kohls end to be doing that. I won't be back.

And to add insult to injury, I had the head of my deodorant pop out and fall on the floor. So needed to restock on at least one item. I am sure I had more items on this visit to get, but I was hyper focused on the need to not stink. First, I hated how hard it was to navigate in the parking lot. Why did it feel like I was a pinball going up the track to plink my way down to a parking spot? Next, the layout of this store was a bit hard to understand. I felt like this location didn't follow the norm for the layouts that stores usually follow. I was about halfway through the store before I felt like giving up and finding a register. Not to worry, I did find my deodorant, saving me another stop on my way to my destination. Made my way to the registers, and I feel like this location pushes you towards using the self checkouts. There were not many registers open that allowed a customer to be dealt with by an associates. In fact, I feel like there were more associates surrounding the self checkout area. With that, why only have four of these and push a majority of people here. Not everybody knows how to use them, and with that, not everybody SHOULD used them.

They absorb so much water that they cannot even be put in the dryer without the danger of burning out the dryer motor. THE EDGES OF THE MATS UNRAVEL DURING THE WASH CYCLE AND ACCUMULATE ON THE SIDES AND BOTTOM OF THE WASHER. I wish we had saved the receipt so we could return them. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this furniture company. I have now had the bedroom set for over two months, and the foul odor is still present. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, especially considering the amount of money I spent on the set. I expected to receive furniture that was clean, safe, and in acceptable condition--not furniture that continues to have a persistent unpleasant smell weeks and months after delivery. What has made this experience even worse is the company's customer service. I have contacted them multiple times to report the issue and try to get it resolved, but instead of receiving a clear solution, I have been given the runaround. I have had to repeatedly reach out regarding the same problem, and I still do not feel that my concern has been taken seriously. At this point, I am extremely frustrated. I should not have to continue contacting a company for months about an issue that was present from the day the furniture was delivered. I paid for a bedroom set that I should be able to enjoy without having to deal with a persistent foul odor. I would not recommend purchasing furniture from this company based on my experience. The quality of the product and, more importantly, the lack of meaningful customer service after the sale have been very disappointing. I hope the company takes this review seriously and does a better job of addressing customer concerns instead of making customers repeatedly chase them for a resolution.

We purchased a $500 fireplace here and assembled it that night, we unfortunately had 2 pieces…read moremissing that would've made the fireplace look ridiculous. When we tried to call, they had us on hold for 30mins, so we went straight to the store. "Sorry- all purchases final" from the store mgr, no offer to reduce the price, nothing. luckily the furniture guy who had sold us the piece in the first place offered to take the floor model apart to give us the pieces. Fireplace turned out nice but what a mess and we would've been so upset if we paid that amount to have missing pieces.
