Pharmacy is atrocious. Double billing of insurance. Not honoring drug manufacturers coupons. Automated system calls and says prescription is ready only to find out not only is it not ready, they don't have your drug in stock. Don't show up there too close to their lunch break, because they flip the switch to off and leave like they are stealing something. Lack of caring or pride. Would venture that this location will be shuttered SOON. read more

If I could give a negative review I would....#1 Staff your stores!! Then1 girl working was sitting eating her lunch telling me how my script is not ready although it was sent hours prior bc she is the only one there....i went back 2 hours later....she was sitting in a consultants chair again eating and said it wont be ready till tomorrow!!!! What? So day 2 and I still dont have it. Bc now they are saying they physically dont have it!!! Well get it from another store then...they said they cant do that!!! What again? I find it so frustrating to use Walgreens pharmacy. You are forced to speak to a robot and can't reach a human. Such a time waste and a disservice to customers. The repetitive message every 10 seconds is infuriating. I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more

If I could subtract stars I would. I believe I have Covid so I ordered a test online for delivery. Tipped my driver 10.00 On the app it showed 2 different brands of tests so I checked the box any item. I also ordered tissues, lozenges And throat spray. My order came without the Covid test. I called and the associate said well we'll refund you the items will you be in today? I said if I wasn't so sick I wouldn't have ordered delivery. She transfers me to the manager who said they sold out right before your order was fulfilled and I said so why didn't someone call me and she said we can't call everyone who places an order. She said she remembered my order and saw no Covid test and then just proceeded to lie like they do when I submit a script and they can't fulfill them. read more

Pharmacy not much in the Customer Service Category. Pharmacy does NOT answer phones it rings and rings they pick up put you in another hold then 5 min later it rings and rings then they pick up and hang up. Then the process starts all over again as it was on hold again I drove to this Walgreens and to my surprise NO CUSTOMERS, everyone just standing g around talking. Becareful with the same day order, this store is shady, they charged me for the order that i dont pick up yet so i called the store to ask why i got charged and receipt was issued when i dont pick up yet? And the store manager refused to take care of this, he transffered me to someone else instead, that "somone" asked for my name and after checking, he even confirmed that my order IS STILL IN STORE and i asked him why did i get charged and the receipt was already issue? He started to raise his voice and told me "I dont know", and then he asked me "do you wanna cancel the order?" I was wondering how could they cancel my order when they already marked in the system as "picked up" because the receipt was already issued and wondering if i could still get the refund back in this case?" He even raised his voice louder and told me "i dont know your bank" (?) i could totally understand if they were professional enough to let me know that they mistaken charge me (if that a case) or any explanations but no, no explanation, No responsibility, but yelled and treated a customer like trash when its totally not my fault! I had to call Walgreens customer service for a refund! This is not the first time i had such a bad experience with this store, the pharmacy technician (the one with beard) was very rude, racist and unprofessional too! read more

I like CVS better. I don't really have a decent reason why. I guess it is sort of like the "strawberry jelly,grape jelly" paradox. They just have an odd layout and a strange feel to them wheras their competitor, who is always across the street, is more to my liking with regard to layout. Walgreens is violating CDC guidelines for Phizer Covid shots by setting 2nd appointment 28 days after 1st shot instead of 21. Walgreens corporate has agreed to start following CDC guidelines, but local store will not fix the appointment. Even spoke with escalation department of customer service. They said would have local manager contact me to fix appointment. Jessica (manager of store) contacted me. Was rude and refused to follow CDC guidelines or Walgreens agreement to follow CDC guidelines. read more

I've been to this Walgreens several times and I'm always greeted by a friendly cashier who says "Welcome to Walgreens". Almost everyone who works here has been extremely kind; with the exception of the sometimes dry pharmacist (who acts as if he's bored & hates his job...I've sometimes felt like I was bothering him). Walgreens usually have great sale items. I prefer Walgreens over CVS because I typically get better service & lower prices. read more

Never had an issue here. They always seem to have the sale items listed in the weekly circular available, unlike other stores and locations. The staff here is very helpful. They always greet you when you walk in and help you find what you need. I usually can find great deals with coupons paired with their weekly ads. Definitely a Walgreens fan. read more

After placing an online photo order I realized I'd forgotten to put in a coupon code, where I would save a significant amount of money on the photos I'd just ordered. I called in and asked if they would honor my coupon in store and if not I understood and would like to cancel my order and I'd just make sure to do it correctly the next time around. The associate mis worded the managers response, stating if I wanted to question the photo department upon my arrival I could do that when I picked up- making me think that it may or may not be honored. I in turn restated my question for a clearer response and she cut me off and just put her manager on the phone. The manager was VERY annoyed to have to answer the phone, even though I could hear that she was right next to the associate. She told me "I already told *associate* that I would honor the coupon and now you want to talk to me? I don't know what else you want me to do." Very disappointed with the customer service I received. I'll take my money across the street to CVS from now on. read more

I called 3 different times and was put on hold for up to 15 minutes each time. They had me put my name on a "waiting " list for shingles shot. Said would be at least a 6 mo wait and they would call me when supply came in. It's been 9 mo and no call. I finally got through to be told they don't have the vaccine and don't have people sign a waiting list anymore because they rarely get the vaccine. NICE!! I go there regularly for prescriptions and have asked about this before but was never told this tidbit of info. Not impressed. AT ALL. Unfortunately due to our insurance this is the only pharmacy we can frequent. Lucky us. read more
