I came to this location twice to get vaccines and had a positive experience. The pharmacy staff was very friendly and didn't have me waiting for too long. The first vaccine administrator I had was not a pleasant experience, probably the most painful vaccine shot I've ever gotten. The second employee was much better. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. Could care less about doing their job. Soooooo rude. I was in dire need of several prescribed medicines, and when my husband was trying to ask questions, the pharm tech basically told him to shout up so that she "could" try do her job, because she is overworked and underpaid. On top of that my husband was told that one of the medicines was not ready yet (even though the website said it was) and that he could mix the ingredients at home. WTF.... This is not the first negative review about this particular store or pharmacy.... Yet it continues to stay afloat w/out any repercussions for their actions. Who is responsible for the pharmacy? Such a rude and incompetent pharmacist/pharmacy experience that corporate is now involved. Very upsetting and unnecessary experience that no one should have to deal with. Everyone at this Walgreens location is absolutely awesome - friendly, helpful and most attentive. The pharmacy can be busy (especially during the winter months) but everyone works so hard and somehow they always manage to have smiles on their faces. I don't know all of their names but I can especially commend Salina and Karri, but they are just two among the entire Jog Rd staff. I don't quite understand how it's possible to be so kind considering what they have to endure each and every day from grumpy and entitled customers. Keep up the good - no, GREAT work. read more

The worst Wallgreens in America!! Their pharmacy dept is totally disgusting and disorganized. Ever time I go there to pickup a prescription I have a problem. They apparently hire anyone that can breathe. Their attitude is pitiful and when I address my concerns they couldn't care less. This Walgreens is super convenient. Unfortunately, they didn't have stock of the prescription we needed. Beneesha made several calls AND provided the number for a competitor who might have it. Then, Beneesha found the RX at another Walgreens. She personally transferred it and made sure it was being filled. During this process a senior in a black baseball hat rudely crowded the RX checkout claiming he didn't understand. Beneesha explained the staff was helping other customers and asked him to backup behind the clearly marked red line. He continued to be rude and requested a manager -- who was at lunch. He then scolded the staff for their attitude and asked for the manager's name. At that point I interrupted and told Beneesha that she could have the manager call me for backup as the problem here was the rude customer. Magically he calmed down. This Walgreens is ok and gets the job doneS It's not open 24 hours and not many employees actually work here. When I don't feel like dealing with the publix in the shopping plaza because the plaza does get hectic in the day time - then I come here. Some of the staff members are friendly and some aren't - by I have yet to see any consistent employee there that stays long. At the corner of jpg and woolbright- it's the easiest one to get to and do feel is one of the safest ones compared to he one on military or any others in. proximity. Just be careful, because sometimes you might get stuck behind a very slow person and that may frustrate you. The place is clean - prices are ehh. But what can you expect from a convenient and quick place. There isn't much one can ask from this Walgreens - you get what you came in here for and go on your merry way! read more

This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. Unfortunately, they are closest to me. I will drive miles out of the way to avoid doing business there. Their pharmacy service is out of control. Often, they will leave you on hold for 30 minutes only to hang up on you before you can tell them what you want. Do not waste your time with this place. I don't think it's the entire RX staff, there's something not flowing right that seems to be the constant. Every day, I encounter rotten customer service and I have become accustomed to it after returning from Japan four years ago where the customer service was second to none. When I first came back, it was startling. I used to leave reviews often on Yelp and Google but stopped because incompetence and rude people had become such an every day occurrence that it became my new norm. I have decided to stop letting things slide because I have been searching for minimum wage jobs and can't even get a reply, let alone an interview , let alone a job offer. So these people who were given employment better be on their game since they are employed and I'm not. There is a lady at Walgreens who should not be in customer service. They say teachers are born, not made and that's true of people in customer service. This lady is so loud, rude, disorganized and incompetent. I will be discussing her below, but I didn't catch her name. She wears reading glas​ses, is on the short side, older, with dyed light brown wavy hair. Customer service 101 is acknowledging the customer, and if you are busy, telling them you'll be right with them. When I came up to the counter, despite her being two feet away, she said nothing as I stood there, and her boss, Mike, had to tell her to help me and she told Mike that it would be a moment. She finally helps me and I tell her my name. She brings out 30 pills and tells me that only a partial fill is ready (I was supposed to get 180 pills). This surprised me because I received several calls from Walgreens saying the entire order was ready. She tries to ring it up and it's not working. She tells me to hold on. She discussing something with the pharmacist and finds out my entire order is ready. I am thankful that Walgreens has in place something in their system to not accept incorrect orders. Otherwise, I would have walked out with 30 pills. During the transaction, I tell her I want a flu shot and asked if I need an appointment. She says no and tells me to wait. So I'm waiting around 10 minutes, and that same lady I just talked to says to me, "pickup or drop off" even though I had an entire interaction with her moments earlier. She didn't remember my face. By the way, while waiting for my 180 pills, I saw a flyer that said you get $10 cash back if you get a shot. It wasn't clear to me if that was for the vaccine or it included the flu shot. I asked her about it, and in a somewhat rude tone, she says, "I don't know. I didn't put that poster up!" So instead of finding me the answer, she wanted me to find out. It's 10:45 at this point. After I told her for the second time that I was there for a flu shot and had already picked up my prescription, she said, "ok" and I went back to waiting for another 10 minutes. Finally, she calls out to me and says, "what are you here for? I tell her for the third time a flu shot and she asks me if I have an appointment. I said "no, you told me I didn't need an appointment." Then she tells me that I needed to register with the other pharmacy helper to get the shot. She hadn't mentioned this up to this point. This is after waiting 20-25 minutes. I finally just told her I'd come back another time. She responds with, "ok, no problem!" By the way, while waiting for my shot, two other ladies who were waiting also commented on how rude that lady is.​ The manager, Mike, was very kind to me and apologized when I told him my story. He said the next time I come in, if I ask for him, he'll personally give me my flu shot right away. read more

I don't recommend going to this store to get a prescription filled. I have my workman's comp insurance information, my workman's comp claim number and two prescriptions and the pharmacy here refused to fill my prescription. They say because workman's comp isn't open today. I feel like it's pure laziness. I guess if I die before Monday oh well thats workman's comp problem. read more

Terrible Walgreens. NOT allowed to pick up Prescription before 11 AM! I had my prescription dropped off the day before at 2 PM and was told I'm not allowed to pick it up until 11 AM. I try to explain to the lady that my husband is disabled and I had to work all day and would not have any other time to pick up his medication until the following day. And she told me there was nothing she could do because it was only 1045. This is the worst service I have ever gotten anywhere I would not recommend this wall greens to anyone the people are unprofessional rude and judge mental. When I don't feel like going to Publix, I stop in here. It's a quick and go without fighting all the lines at the grocery store. There is indeed a Walgreens on every corner in America hypothetically speaking. Your pharmacy services are the worst. I physically dropped off two prescriptions for my husband who had just had surgery, at 11:00 this morning. One prescription was for a painkiller. I called the pharmacy at 1:30 to get a status and was told that they had the prescriptions and were working on them. Of course they had them, I brought them in! This was 2.5 hours waiting and they still were not ready. I told the person on the phone that my husband was in a lot of pain and needed the painkiller and that I was coming over. At 2:00 the pharmacy clerk proceeded to tell me that only one prescription was ready and it was the antibiotic! After I almost exploded, I told the clerk that I was going to stand at the window and not leave until she had the other prescription for me. What is so hard to understand that someone had surgery, was in major pain and after almost 3 hours they still did not fill his pain meds. I am absolutely furious! The only thing positive that I have to say about the pharmacy is that on the rare occasion that I get to deal with Melissa, she is a pleasure! The other female pharmacist has given me incorrect information regarding an immunization and I think it's because she didn't want to be bothered. I live in a gated community near this store. I seems that many homeowners are complaining about this pharmacy and starting to take their prescriptions elsewhere. I will follow suit and do the same. I also intend to write a letter to United Healthcare and let them know about how bad the service in this pharmacy is and how no one gives a damn! read more

Ive been coming to this Walgreens for a while and have had issues numerous times. This is the last time I will ever come back to this place. The managers and employees are equally incompetent. I needed something they promise in an hour will get done, later in they stated to come back the next day a bit after noon. I came here at 3pm as to give them time and low and behold it's not going to be done until Monday. I drove all the way here and they don't even have what I'm paying for remotely ready. This is by far the worst Walgreens Pharmacy I've had to deal with. There is one pharmacist there with a language barrier that gets the prescriptions wrong most of the time and when you try to explain it to her she gets upset. She also has an attitude on the phone . I called to order my prescriptions because the automated system was giving me issues and when I started telling her what I needed she said, "You do know you can do this online or on your phone app right?" In the most snobbiest attitude ever . It got me so upset after I was already having issues . I asked her if there was a problem with me calling In my prescriptions and she just ignored me. Very poor service delivery. Ordered medication two weeks ago for my husband I just received it yesterday. Called in prescription five days ago and it was filled out incorrectly and another was it called into the doctors in a timely fashion. When I went back they basically ignored and dismissed me. Tonight I got a phone call asking if I was still interested in picking up medicine that had been waiting for pickup for five days. When I was there earlier today two people said there was no medicine for me. When I called yesterday, no medicine. Saturday late afternoon, no medicine. At least one additional phone on Thursday, no medicine. Never will I use Walgreens again especiallly not with a pharmacy on every corner. A word of advice - if you have to go there, get every person's name even if they are at the window. The manager doesn't know who worked at what hours unless you have a name. Clean, nice and organized Walgreens... The employees always greet me when I walk in. The pharmacy is well stocked which is a plus when you try to find particular prescriptions. However I'm giving it a 2 because the lines to pick and drop anything are ridiculous! There is always a of 5 -8 people and takes more than half an hour to do anything. Half an hour on my fastest day. The head pharmacist lady is also super rude and short tempered. I'm stuck because out of all the Walgreens in Boynton, I can only get my refills here. But if you can avoid the pharmacy I would highly recommend you to do it. read more
