I needed to drop off a return to a FedEx location and after doing a little research discovered that Walgreens takes returns with a preprinted shipping label or the QR code return (where they print the label for you) . This Walgreens is in an older shopping plaza but they do the best they can with the exterior of the store as it was clean and the trash cans were empty. Walking in the store it was very neat and there were employees helping customers. I took my return the phot area desk which is where there was a sign indicating I was in the right place. An employee by the name of Marisa came right over and helped me process the return. For some odd reason the company I was returning it to only provided a single shipping label when there were 2 boxes to return but Marisa said that was no problem and proceeded to help me tape the 2 boxes securely together and attach the label to the box duo. She was also able to text a receipt to me just in case there were any issues. Oh and while Marisa was helping me a line began to form at the register so she called an employee to come up and take care of the other customers who were waiting. Really great customer service and I highly recommend using their FedEx service. read more

This is the absolute worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever experienced. Will never return. They take super long to fill prescriptions, and give you fake lead times on when the prescription will be ready for pick up. When you get there, you still have to wait 30-40 minutes. I had surgery in my mouth and called for a status on my prescription fill, the guy on the phone said 20 minutes, I come an hour later and they tell my mom it's going to be another 30 minutes. Mind you I was on hold for 18 minutes before I could even get the pharmacist on the phone when I called. Ridiculous. & They close daily for lunch ? Must be understaffed and overworked. Shame on the management and ownership at this Walgreens. I've always used Walgreens because of their efficiency, I will be going to the one on Washington street in Belleville. I've been disappointed here too many times and not let a review. This was the last straw read more

I mainly come here for the pharmacy. Everyone on staff is always very personable and helpful. I am particularly appreciative that they want to help find ways to maximize savings on higher priced prescription items, such as using the store's savings club card. One of our cats is on insulin and it is very expensive to buy her medication (there is no prescription plan for this) and their card helps with this, albeit minimally. The card also helps with things like Walgreen's own products, like my dog's wee wee pads. The people who work there (non-pharmacy) are also helpful and usually greet you when entering and leaving the store. The store is always kept really clean and tidy, which I really appreciate. I took off a star because I wish that they had a better selection of milk, silly, I know. I also get frustrated because my savings points also expire and I never know when they do. :( read more

Allergy meds are locked- i understand theft but the auto pager is in the Aisle- I pressed it for an associate - and waited- and waited and waited.. after the 4th auto page I left- as I was leaving the a store a key holder who was stocking shelves was just casually walking down the Aisle- as I looked behind me- I saw not one but both ears with air pods in- what a waste of time. Horrible service and scammers I bought item in this Walgreens and it was used. I went to return it next day and I wasn't able to even though I payed cash. The manager said that system won't allowed because it's some glitch. I was offered store credit or even exchange. I refused and wanted my money but without any effort. I went back and forth 5 times and same story. This is scamm from Walgreens as they sold me used item and I can't get my money back. I even asked manager why there is no sign to warn customers about this problem and off course she have no expectation. To make it even worse there is still no sign about the refund issues. I want my money back Walgreens. Won't go back to this company for sure and I been shopping there for years. Horrible stressful experience and still didn't get my money. read more

I am reviewing the pharmacy. As at as that department is concerned, the staff is always kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They're quick to help with pricing if you don't have insurance which I appreciate so much. I started coming here because the CVS in Bloomfield near me didn't carry the birth control I used and despite not taking that BC anymore, I keep coming here because of the staff. As far as everything else, I guess it's in a great location considering it's right next door to a supermarket and you can pick up anything else you may need. The store itself is average although there is a cashier near the front who greets everyone and asks if she can be helpful as soon as one walks in which immediately gives a great customer service feel. read more

I keep having issue with there photo service my most recent issue I ordered a photo book Sunday came Monday to pick it up they couldn't find it I then received an email on Tuesday saying they cancelled my order called the guy said he would be able to make it not sure why I got that email I came Tuesday night to pick it up the guy tried to charge me 19.99 instead of the 14.98 then when I get the photo-book there was a page in there that shouldn't have been in there I have had issues more than 5 times with getting photo books from them enough that I will no longer do business here. I would recommend a different place to do business when it comes to photo-books and prints! read more

Definitely an older Walgreens, and a lot smaller than the new ones popping up everywhere. Lots of parking, but just an average Walgreens.

Don't even bother getting their app. 35 minutes of typing and changing and calling and re-setting. It's a train wreck. Just a heads up.

I love the coupons at Walgreens...EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SO LONG Open all the time which is a major plus. Decent variety in care products and vitamins. read more

For convenience and ease of access this Walgreens is great. They have a good variety, dare I say even better than some CVS, and the workers don't look like they hate working there. The pharmacy department is great. They're more than helpful when it comes to your prescription and refilling it in a timely manner. The only gripe I have is that the line can be a b*tch especially when it gets busy. Oh well that's why I go on off hours. read more
