Staff is always very friendly and very helpful, oh and super knowledgeable!!!! I have bought many a card here over the years, and their selection is stellar!!!!! I have also purchased precious moments and other items similar to that over the years. During the Christmas season, the store gets really festive. We usually do our yearly ornament shopping here for specific ornaments! They also do ship to store for free!! And if you need to return something, they take care of it as well. GUYS!!!!!!! THEY SELL BAGS WITH THE PAPER THINGY INSIDE IT!!! Yes yo pay an extra dollar or 2 more, but hey, I have no idea what to do, and they usually come with a card! The staff were polite and courteous, gave us suggestions, and helped us find what we were looking for. They even went above and beyond and checked the back. We left with some great items and great prices, along with some ornaments. The store was incredibly festive for the holiday season and it was a fun experience. It was decorated well and was clean and organized. The items they sell are high quality, which commands some of the higher pricing. Catch a sale and use the coupons for some deals. Recommended!!!

The showroom was pretty nice and the store is located off Allwood Rd. Down a side street which I didn't even know was there so it is very easy to miss. The stores associate was helpful and it was easy to send. There are a lot of baskets to choose from with wine, cheese, meats, chocolates, and nuts the most popular. One thing to take note of is that if you are shipping something with cheese or another perishable you are gonna have to pay for a quicker delivery. It's gonna cost you about an additional $30. The items are a bit pricey but look nice. Due to this experience I wouldn't hesitate to use Capalbo's again.
