I called and asked if my prescription was ready. She said it was and asked if I had insurance. I informed her I had GoodRx and would be using that to get the price advertised on the GoodRx website. I was informed that they don't accept GoodRx. They only take manufacturer coupons or insurance. I explained that Price Chopper was a selection on the GoodRx website, explained to her how GoodRx works etc - she was clueless and rude. Refused to honor GoodRx price even when I provided all info listed on the "coupon". I pulled prescription from Price Chopper and sent to Hy-Vee using GoodRx. Hy-Vee filled prescription immediately and with great customer service. Lesson learned. Price Chopper is awful. Shop your prescription prices and stay away from Price Chopper.

She throws them on the back counter and just stares at me. So I say " i'm here for a price adjustment. She looks at my receipt and goes.. "How am I supposed to do that?" I'm sorry... ask your manager? I then tell her, "I don't know how you guys do it here.." I ALSO AM A CUSTOMER. She clearly has an attitude and doesn't want to do her job today. She finally ask for help, one lady comes up, (Very sweet btw) and then the manager comes up. The first cashier says to the manager "she says she bought these products (obviously i did, since i have the receipt) and now she wants a price adjustment for them. Her manager said "Okay." looks at the receipt and looks up at me and says "I'm not sure if someone informed you wrong, but you actually need the products so we can scan them. To make it easier." Which is complete BS. It says nothing about having the products in the policy. YOU just don't want to do your job. Very disappointing

The compounded prescriptions take longer to fill than regular prescriptions. I've had another one years before, and they usually take about four days to fill. They got my prescription and called me to verify it. Because my prescription is not covered by insurance they waited to get my approval for price before they started making it. I called back four days later and they said it would be ready today and I got a text shortly afterwards that it was ready. I went in and the cashier was very nice and she asked if I would like to speak to the pharmacist and I said yes. So I spoke to a female pharmacist and she was very explanatory and helpful on the prescription and exactly how to use it and even more detailed information. I would recommend them for the compounding pharmacy, I don't use them for regular prescriptions so I don't know about that particular service.,

Then I got harrassed for my Medicare # even though I provided my insurance card (Medicare PPO). That wouldn't have been so bad being asked for that EXCEPT that my husband went several months ago for his covid jabs (both of them) at the very same AuBurn Pharmacy and he was never asked for his Medicare # - and, mind you, he has the very same insurance that I do. So, I went on their website and sent them my Medicare # several days after receiving the jab VIA EMAIL - but they don't check their email. This is ridiculous. My husband didn't get this hassle whatsoever! I thought these covid jabs were supposed to be FREE. What an absolute mess! I'm not at ALL impressed with AuBurn Pharmacy after they've singled me out to harrass me for the Medicare # - that I provided them VIA EMAIL. CHECK YOUR EMAIL or delete that option for consumers.

Prices seem high but not anymore than other stores that offer similar products and service. Food is just unbelievably high in July 2026. Maybe I'll look back in a few years and think it was inexpensive but I sure hope I'm making a lot more or I'll be barely eating. I love the different selection of products you can get at Sprouts and they are one of the only groceries in the Overland Park area that carries boars head products in their deli! There are so many things on clearance and I accidentally found there big clearance section by the bathroom. They had a bunch of non-alcoholic drinks for a great bargain. They had items for me and my wife that we have never seen before and we love visiting health food stores back home in Illinois. They even had Shirley Temple Poppi drinks! I've never seen such a thing before! Staff here was very warm and welcoming. If the item isn't on clearance and you have to pay full price , it can be a bit pricey. The restrooms here were very hot like you're inside of a sauna. I visited the Sprouts on the Missouri side but nothing compares to this location! Highly recommend

Suffice to say, $5.19 a gallon wasn't the cheapest price I paid driving across country in the summer of 2022, but it wasn't the $7.89/gal I paid when I left SoCal on the trip, either. Google maps photo shows $2.94/gal for diesel in August 2021. That stings a little, but maybe I just need to drink more water and take a deep breath or something. Still, this location was clean, well-lit, and there were more than enough pumps for us dummies driving diesels and towing things. The young lady inside was cordial and efficient, and their soda fountain had my favorite kind of crunchy ice. Not a destination, friends, but a necessity. And considering the number of times I stopped for fuel at some place on our 9,000+ mile roadtrip where I wished I was carrying when I crossed a dark parking lot at night... this place was a great stop.

You always know what to expect, where to locate something and they have decent coffee, drinks and junk food. I try not to eat the food, it tastes good but most of it is terrible for you yet I get the sugar free energy drinks and coffee on a regular basis. QT has some of the best coffee you can find at a gas station. They usually have 3-4 different options and it has always been fresh. The gas includes a discount if you shop at Price Chopper grocery stores (5 cents off per gallon for every $50 spent on food) which is a nice bonus with gas prices. The commercials are excellent, whomever markets QT has done an excellent job with the 'Guaranteed Gasoline' and humor. Whenever I need gas the first place I look for is a QuickTrip since I know what to expect and that is a nice rare comfort from a gas station. Most QT locations have a small warm food area, a fountain drink location, fresh coffee, some cold food and drinks, a small 'corner store' like area with motor oil, chips, beer and random things. On the last important note...they have clean bathrooms and you won't need a key chained to a bowling ball to use it!
