First thing to know, Downtown Omaha is kind of a grocery store desert - or at least that was the impression I got from my visit. We were travelling with our toddler and while I KNOW she should be 100% off bottles, we are picking our fights and she still enjoys one with her milk in the morning and in the evening. That being said, we only brought two bottles and planned on cleaning them as we went. Our only problem was we forgot dish soap. After asking the front desk where would be the easiest place to find some they recommended Cubby's and they were right! While you pay convenience store prices, it was easy to pick up what we needed and they had a few options which was nice. The store itself has a good variety of food, snacks, odds and ends, and likely serves as a little grocer for anyone who lives nearby. I wouldn't say I loved this place so much I would definitely return, but I will say it was clean, had what we needed, and was conveneint, which really was about all I could ask for in a nearby convenience store.

I usually find them well stocked, moderately clean and with boxes of of merch waiting to be stocked. The staff feels hurried and disinterested. This store is a refreshing upgrade. Both were heated at the perfect temperature and tasted sweet. The spiked hot chocolate was a bit on the cooler side and not great at first taste, but once we warmed it up it really few on us! Shelves were not very organized and disorganization did not extend to restocking inventory. While the store is now a 24 seven operation, the pharmacy does have limited hours including a complete shut down at midday for lunch for the entire staff. Hope that the store gets cleaned up a bit because I had always enjoyed coming in here and now I'm not sure if I'm coming back. All I have to say - Yikes!

There was only one other person in line ahead of him and persion in front of him did not understand any of the terminology the pharmacy tech was trying to tell him. No one else came to help out the lone pharmacy tech until an hour later. When my partner got back to the chair, he told me that Walgreens only had 1 of the 2 medications that he needed.
