If I could give ZERO stars that's what this pharmacy would get. We had appts for vaccines. Got there on time. Waited 30 minutes. They took our ID and did nothing. After 30 minutes, asked how much longer. I got blank stares, we sent it back, and won't be out in another 45 minutes. We were the ONLy customers there!!! Last pharmacy I will return too. And Walgreens will now get fewer dollars from us. Went across the street to Publix Pharmacy where they IMMEDIATELY took us without an appointment! read more

Came in for a quick stop and found this store to be pretty good. The employees were friendly and the store looked clean. We were only grabbing snacks so I can't really review the pharmacy; I will say it looked very busy. I'd definitely stop in again. read more

Horrible customer service with the worst pharmacy times! Not only does it take 3-4 days to fill a prescription. The only hours they are open are M-F 8-11 and 1-5. Good luck getting your prescription if you have a job. Go across the street to Publix. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband has cancer and we had a prescription for pain medication. It was ordered on Wednesday and we were told it would be available on Friday. I called and the order did not arrive. The attitude of the pharmacist was too bad, not our problem. They will get it when they get it. They do not care about their customers and it was my fault for not calling sooner. I was told it would be delivered at 4 PM. So, I waited until 5 PM to call to give them time to fill the prescription. Never use Walgreens. Horrible people. read more

Pharmacist rude and unhelpful, not to mention I had to wait for her to finish her conversation (not work related) with a co-worker. I was waiting for them as they opened. No one else was in line. Told me they couldn't fill my Rx until they filled the ones that had come in overnight. Said it would be 40 mins. I told them I'd be back and left. Then received a text after I left in less than 5 mins saying Rx was ready. Don't go here!!!! read more

My husband was & still is in excruciating pain. A specialist recommended pain pills & they refused to honor his prescription!!

This location has difficulty understanding customer service and communication. Posting closing hours on a sheet of paper on the front door rather than updating online information wastes customer time when seeking services. Difficulty in retaining employees is no excuse to close early without publishing current hours is just wrong while the rest of the store is open. Arrived at 5:02 and the pharmacy clerk pointed to a sign stating closed at 5:00 rather than the temporary published time of 5:30. The time for the clerk to reach into the bin and deliver the prescription would have taken less time than explaining that they were closed. The effort was made to notify 6 days ago on line of the change to 5:30. . If there was a change, continue the process to publish if there are additional changes. This will cost them a long time customer. read more

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. Have been going here for years so I would know. I go here for the location but it's about time to switch. The line is ALWAYS super long no matter the time of day. prescriptions are never ready on time. And now they have limited hours due to lack of employees if things couldn't get any worse. read more

Corporate needs to look into time management of employees. When it takes 2-3 days to fill basic medications this is not acceptable. They move at one pace and put forth little effort to assist you in a timely manner. As a hospice nurse I have moved my patients medications to another pharmacy due to the length of time in filling medications. read more

My daughter's prescription was transferred from BiLo to Walgreens when they got bought out by Food Lion. I went to Walgreens on yesterday to pick up her prescriptions, that was sent over by the doctor's office. Walgreens was closed at 5:00 pm and not 8:00 pm, which is their standard closing time. I returned today to pick up her prescription, and had to wait in line over an hour. When I finally got up to the window, only one of the four prescription had been filled, and I was told that there would be an hour and a half wait to get the rest of the prescription filled. I was so mad, I was shaking. You got me once, shame on you.. It will not be twice. I am switching her prescriptions over immediately. read more

I've been going to this pharmacy for years but enough is enough. I've put up with them giving me the wrong medication, giving me the wrong amount of medication, and their ALL time favorite ALWAYS running my insurance wrong, every month they give a different amount for the same medication like my insurance changes every month. They never take important notes because each new person that comes to work at the traveling Walgreens program has no clue on the monthly regulars and they screw up the transaction every single time. I'm over this slack a$$ work I will take my business elsewhere like PUBLIX (best customer service in the universe). Walgreens need to take NOTES. read more

Been filling the same prescription here for nine months +/- ... always paid same price of $75. Dropped one off yesterday and this morning was told it'd be $155 [ WITH discount/insurance card ] !!! When I asked what the deal was, I was told that my RX card changes rates constantly. why didn't they tell me the price was going to be more than double WHEN I DROPPED IT OFF ??? so I took it to the sister Walgreens on the other side of town and was charged $67.Guess what? I won't be going back to the one on Ladys Island again ! read more

Always had a problem with the Pharmacy at this location. Just tried to pick up medicine that was called in days ago to that location and the Pharmacist on the early shift decided they couldn't fill the prescription for a reason they could not fully explain. A courtesy phone call would've been nice and a real explanation as to why they wouldn't fill it. Won't get my family's business anymore. Walgreens on boundary has always been better! read more

The people at here are amazing and helpful. Always smiling, friendly and professional. However if you are going to the photo department, DON'T!!! I went there in a hurry, one of the lady's walked out of (I'm assuming) the break room looked at me like I just killed her dog and walked off. No hi, no greeting nothing. It would have been nicer if she told me to kiss off. Then another lady came out of the same room, also looked at me and when I went to ask about the 30 minute turn around time for 4 photos she walked off. I looked at the other girl that was a customer sitting at the other computer. She said she had been there for 15 mins fighting with the machine she was on and has yet to be greeted. So I pushed the help button. The first lady that came out looked very mad at this point came out of the back room. She walked around the desk, turned off the call button, checked a machine (that was doing nothing), walked around the desk, picked up a small something off the floor, THEN asked me what I needed. I asked her if the computer was right telling me it was going to take 30mins to print my pages. I told her I was in a bit of a hurry. She looked at me and said "No it will take 15 mins" I'm a photographer by profession I have never see it take 15 mins for a printer to print 4 photos! I told her that I didn't have 15 mins when I came into the store and now that I had to deal with the most unhelpful and disrespectful sales person I have ever met she just needed to cancel my order. She said "fine like I care" I will never be back there! Sad thing is it gives all the amazing people in Walgreens a bad name. I went to CVS across the bridge and was out in less than 5 mins! Never again will I go to the photo part of Walgreens again! read more

Today was my first experience at Walgreens. I was very impressed with the service that I received. I had a prescription that was called into a different pharmacy for my grandson and that pharmacy did not have the medication in stock. They told me I should check with other pharmacies and offered no other solution. So, I stopped at Walgreens and explained the situation. They also did not have the prescribed medication in stock, but that didn't stop them from ensuring that my grandson had an appropriate plan of treatment. The pharmacist offered to contact the prescriber on my behalf and discuss the issue and alternatives. In less than two hours I received a call from the pharmacist who had contacted the prescriber and they had a new plan in place. This pharmacist became part of our healthcare team right there on the spot, and ensured that we received appropriate and timely treatment. Thank you! read more

This location doesn't seem to care about customers or keeping their business. Thirty minutes after prescription was ELECTRONICALLY received I was told it would be another HOUR before it was ready. I was the only customer inside or outside but was still told it would be an hour. That kind of wait to count 20 pills is utterly ridiculous. I was sick and had to chose to wait for an hour or take my six year old home to eat and get in bed at a decent hour. Needless to say, I chose my child and had my prescription filled somewhere else the following day. I did not feel like they cared about me as a sick person or as a customer. This is not an isolated incident and I would caution you to spend you money at a place that values you and your business. read more
