Best pharmacy in town. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. By far, much better than the chains.

First off, the second star is because the Pharmacist was so helpful. Otherwise, my experience at…read moreWalgreens was atrocious. The girl at the pharmacy window, Tiffany, called my mom a bitch- yup, that's correct. Been struggling with a cold and went to Walgreens with my mom to get some meds. I needed a decongestant such as Sudafed, which the kind pharmacist recommended. When going up to the window to ask for it, Tiffany was extremely rude, first just saying something like "what you want?" We proceeded to ask for Sudafed, so she said "which one?" Both my Mother and I asked similar questions, as we didn't know what was available since the packages aren't in plain view to see. Tiffany responded harshly "I can't hear you talk over each other!" Finally we received the medicine that was best suited. My mother showed her Walgreens card and asked "do you need to see this?" Tiffany replied: "yes I do, Bitch,". The "bitch" was slightly under her breath but clearly audible. We were so taken aback that we completely forgot to buy the other items we came for. Tiffany seems to really be a detriment to this Walgreens location. Just WOW. Do Not talk to my Mother like that!

One star is generous. I have dealt with Walgreens over the last three months as a primary address…read moreto receive FedEx packages. The staff has told me they do not want to do Fedex. They have also told me I should move so I can receive FedEx at my home. Due to them hating this part of their job-they won't even try to get your packages. They sign to send packages back and don't call if a package is delivered. Sad to say this option of picking up Amazon sent by fed ex has been a total failure.

My favorite CVS pharmacy to go to, the staff are quick and efficient.? I had an issue with my…read moreprescription availability in SC And the associate walked me through other cvs location in Savannah that may have it and even called to check for me. This was all while being say home, she kept calling back to update me keep me up to date. They are always patient when I have to move over to the next window to apply my Good Rx codes. One associate in particular is such a caring and fun, down to business employee. I'm not sure of her name but she's northern and always has her nails on point with great hair. She's the best.

Very disappointing experience at this CVS. When we walked in, we went to the photo kiosk, which…read moreclearly gives an option to take passport photos yourself. We followed the kiosk prompts and were using it for several minutes. During that time, the employee at the front watched us and did not say anything to let us know we needed assistance or that we were doing something incorrectly. Instead, the manager came out and immediately addressed us in a rude and passive-aggressive manner, stating that we "can't just use the services" and that it's "not open to the public." When my husband and I tried to explain that we were using the kiosk option, I was cut off mid-sentence in a dismissive way. We were then told that an employee must take the photo. That policy itself was not the issue -- the problem was the lack of communication beforehand and the unprofessional way the situation was handled. If the kiosk presents an option to take the photo yourself and an employee observes customers without correcting them, it naturally leads to confusion. Being spoken to rudely in that situation was unnecessary. After the interaction, the employee took our photos, but the process felt rushed. We were not given time to adjust our hair or posture before the photo was taken, which added to the discomfort of the experience. Overall, customer service at this Bluffton location was lacking. The staff appeared disengaged, and the experience felt more confrontational than helpful. This location would benefit from clearer communication and better customer service training.
