I even called twice to ascertain if they were ready and was advised that they were. My wife even called and was told the same, just to show up and it not be ready. In addition, the first time I visited this location, I was the fifth person in line and none of us left with our medications. Actually my wife just returned home from trying to pick a script up and it was again not ready. I actually prayed for patience the first time I went in the business. Maybe it's all on me or maybe a sign to go elsewhere.

The service here is careless to the point of unbelievable. The employees act as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. This was my first time at this location, and if I can avoid ever coming back, I absolutely will. To be specific, employees blatantly avoided customers. They made eye contact with me while I was waiting at the register, then looked away and refused to come over. It felt like they were playing hot potato to see who would actually have to help.
