I visited this Walmart two days in a row (one of them being Christmas Eve) and I was amazed at how few people were here. Maybe if you lived in one of these small towns you would consider it crowded. The produce looked and tasted fresh. The meat I purchased was excellent. I also bought some last minute stocking stuffers that caught my eye. The employees were all friendly and helpful. This time he made her slow down to show him. Then he swiped his card and there was an issue with the reader. He called her ovr again (mind you she is on her phone playing on Facebook) and she literally rolled her eyes and gave a huge sigh. I had to confirm that she was referring to me. When I addressed the issue, she attempted to justify calling me "whoever." That is dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. New systems do not replace basic customer service, courtesy, or respect. Staff should properly address patients and wear identification. Please do better.

They did not see the prescription in their system, went back just before closing and they still did not see it and seemed not to care. The prescription was for a common antibiotic and I showed them in MyChart that the doctor had input it as well as the doctor's name. No concern they would not do anything. I asked for one pill for the evening as prescribed and the problem could be resolved in the morning. No to doing that. Had it been a narcotic they certainly should not do it but no excuse for not doing it with all the information available. CVS culture is not what it use to be.

I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. POV: Being released from Aiken…read moreHospital with prescriptions Introduction: Visited initially in person to discuss hormonal testing; found pharmacist to be patient and thorough with my questions and her explanation; testing kit was given free of charge Personal Touch: Lacy visited me in the hospital and explained their services in detail; she was warm and inviting and answered all questions and apprehension with changing from a big box pharmacy; it was especially useful that they delivered my new medications right to my hospital bed as I was being released Home Town yet Updated: sometimes when you use a hometown pharmacy, you sacrifice state of the art niceties...not the case here; they deliver your scripts right to your door and they are even updating the interior of their building I love supporting small businesses and this one has really won my heart and appreciation.
