Today I got a text that my prescription was ready. Went to pick it up and after giving my name and date of birth as usual she gave the price. I put my card in the tray and she pulled it in. 10 minutes went by and no script or card returned. I rang the call button several times and another girl finally told me they were searching for my order. I told her I was concerned about my card being there so long so she opened the drawer for me. 30 minutes went by and still script or explanation. Finally a girl came to the window and told me they could not find my order and would have to order my pills and it would be 1 to 2 business days. I tried to tell her i got a text that it was ready and she just said "can I talk" i asked what was i to do without my meds as i am out she just said to call my Dr. It seems they put my order in the bin and lost it so hopefully whoever got it does not have a bad reaction.

I went to pick up my medication around 7pm on Friday evening (the pharmacy hours on the door state that it is open until 9pm), and when I arrived, the pharmacy was closed. The cashiers up front were absolutely clueless and offered no assistance. I asked when it would open the next morning, and they told me that they weren't sure if it would even be open, even though their hours clearly stated they would be. They showed no concern whatsoever that I would not be able to get medication that I desperately needed. I returned the next morning around 11am to find that it was closed again, despite their hours clearly stating that they were open until 6pm. I immediately called another Walgreens location, and thankfully they were able to retrieve my prescription and fill it. I would advise anyone to avoid this joke of a pharmacy at all costs. They obviously don't give a damn about their customers, and not to mention, the store is dirty and sketchy. I learned my lesson, and will be using a local pharmacy from now on.

I had to confirm that she was referring to me. When I addressed the issue, she attempted to justify calling me "whoever." That is dismissive and unprofessional, especially in a healthcare setting. New systems do not replace basic customer service, courtesy, or respect. Staff should properly address patients and wear identification. Please do better.

Do I need to repeat that I am retired and on a fixed income...,., any way the day was fast arriving and hoping to be ready I called the CVS to pick up my prescription the day before we were to leave. I was told the pharmacist had it on hold and I could not pick it up until the next day and to call to in the morning to remind them to have it filled before my flight left. Well, needless to say that did not happen. He refused to fill the prescription until one hour after my flight left. Sending my friends on there way I have simply cried due to the loss of the money for we were not staying very long and my health will not permit me to continually go the the airport as a standby and pray to God that I will be allowed to fly. This individual had no empathy for my situation and just continued to say "call your doctor and get new instructions ". My situation is inoperable Terminal cancer. Multiple Myeloma stage 3. I have since moved to a much better pharmacy and will never use CVD for anything ever again!!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy!!!
