Its not my local Walgreens but when it comes to pickup its my favorite Walgreens to place our pickup order I have placed my order at this location many times and so far have never had any issues, i usually get a message in a short period of time telling me order is ready for pickup after placing the order, and usually at the photo counter when picking up they are very friendly. read more

Can't do it anymore every month another issue. refills is like pulling teeth been taking same meds for 20 years and they need to talk to my doctor or my insurance EVERY month I damn near beg to refill my scripts or remind them to refill. Im out Walgreens SUCKS period. read more

TERRIBLE! They treated me and my friends horribly and tried to kick us out for laughing and cursing. They made a deal for 2 for 350 and they charged us 398 before tax! Yes it's petty but it's principle. read more

I get the text that my Rx was ready to be picked up and I walk back to the pharmacy dept in back of store & the pharmacy tech is sitting ther said sorry we closed hours earlier than normal because of employee issues, I'm already not feeling great & for no fault of my own I'm facing a long 15 hours until they open again tomorrow morning. This pharmacy was a 5 and now a 1! The pharmacy can't keep staff.They never have the medication stocked and always have to give you portions of it ,you know insurance companies hate that and they make you wait until certain date's to get your remainder. When you call to see if your prescription is ready ahead they'll Tell you that it is and you show up and they say "we're going to have to order that" they don't care if your out of medicine.But they do try and get name brand or certain generic brands you require unlike other pharmacies. read more

I shop at this store for convenience and usually do not have any issues. I recently went there and purchased a cigar. There were staff at two registers, the first was waiting on a customer and the other register appeared open. I asked politely if this register was open and immediately was given the impression I was disturbing the employee. I asked for the cigar and the checker demanded my ID/license. I opened my wallet and showed it to her, she said you need to take it out of your wallet. Being a retired PO I know the reason that Officers would ask a person to do this, but was confused as to why a checker would need me to remove it from my wallet. I complied and gave it to her. with a note of excitement in her voice she said I can not accept this ID, it was to expire in three days. realizing she was wrong and it was not expired, she completed the transaction. I know businesses have procedures that need to be followed, and while she might be following them to the letter, I do not believe that the policy mentioned, would need to be so stringent that you drive away customers by being so obnoxious. I am 63 years old and believe that it is obvious that I am not a minor. It was my observation that she was being difficult, just to be difficult. As a PO I would often use common sense, even though, it was not the letter of the law. If I could do that as a PO, surely the staff at Walgreens could do that as a checker. what an awful, obnoxious employee you have hired. I will limit my future purchases from this store, due to a checker who believes that engaging customers in a negative, Petty, authoritative manner, should be considered acceptable by the customers or her supervisors. There is no star for this Walgreens ! Absolutely the worst !! Joseph was a cashier whom I have never seen and he was disrespectful, dismissive, and unprofessional. I had text messages my medicine was ready but of course it wasn't when I got there only half was filled !! Joseph would not listen to me and became mad at me for asking questions of when rest of my medicine be filled ! I mentioned just had surgery and will need to get a ride back here but he didn't care that my medicine should have been filled earlier !! I had to have family member drive back to get my meds and once again not ready so my family member had to sit there for 30 mins!! And there was Joseph looking at me as if I did something wrong by going inside a hour later for my medicines !! Walgreens needs to get there act together it's horrible !! Everyone who I witnessed in the store in line were rolling their eyes and were unhappy with the service !! A fellow waiting an hour for a shot that he made an appointment! Is this included with the 1200 stores closing ?? I hope so because we need pharmacies that care for their customers read more

I was on hold with The pharmacy. A technician picked up after being on hold for 10 minutes. Told him I've been trying to get a prescription for my husband for two days. For some reason the doctors office did not get it to them. The doctors office called me back and told me that they made sure that Walgreens received the prescription. The technician that answered the phone at the pharmacy. Said he did not know what was going on and I would need to speak to the pharmacist. I continue to hold for another 20 minutes for a total of 30 minutes on hold with the pharmacy. To be told that the prescription will be ready in 30 minutes. Did not appreciate Walgreens wasting my time for 30 minutes on hold for a prescription! read more

I went to Walgreen on bay Ave in Barnegat I had an appointment I was the only one there and still waited 45 minutes to get a shot and when I said something to the pharmacist did, so did she say let me do it now or I'm sorry for the wait NO her response it's not my fault. She just proves to me that there is no customer service anymore. be warned stay away I wouldn't want someone as uncaring as her filling my prescriptions. read more

Impossible to get in touch with the pharmacy on the phone. They put you on hold. Leave you on hold until it rings and then the phone eventually cuts out. read more

I have honestly never had such an issue with a pharmacy like I do with this place every single time. I understand they may be busy, but it takes forever to get a script filled and their staff are not even friendly. I was very sick today and went there after urgent care to pick up medications while I was out already in this bad weather, 3 to be exact. Two of them were from urgent care and one is a regular medication I have been getting filled. The young lady at the window with the black curly long hair was not very pleasant and she told me it would take an hour. I asked if there was anyway they could get it ready now since I'm sick and already here and I would wait, she stepped over the the pharmacy and came back and said yeah it's going to be an hour. Meanwhile, there was no one in the drive through or even inside waiting. I said ok, so I just want to make sure all 3 will be ready and filled when I get back and she again repeated herself like she was annoyed with me. I get a text over an hour later that 2 medications are ready.. so I call the pharmacy and it was a different lady now on the phone that told me the third medication was never asked to be refilled. Clearly if the lady wasn't so rude earlier and listened when I was very clear to her I wouldn't have had to call there and do her job as well! It just seems to be this way every time we go with no improvement. read more

Photo lab staff are so friendly and willing to help you get that studio perfect photo at a a drug store price. Pharmacy is quick and efficient. Store is clean and presentable. read more
