Third times a charm: when we called, the gentleman who answered was gracious and said that he would get us to a manager or owner within five minutes. Sure enough: within five minutes we got a callback from the owner! We explained that we needed to get a fine champagne delivered as soon as possible to someone in their area, and would like to ask that the gift card please be printed and the champagne gift wrapped. The owner said no problem to both requests. He patiently went through all of their fine champagnes, and we were able to pick one that was both within our budget but also very upscale. He also graciously worked with us on the delivery. Everything happened so swiftly and seamlessly, and we were assured not just of immediate delivery, but also a 2nd delivery in case nobody was around to except the gift middle of the day. Just blown away by the attentiveness, kindness, and outstanding service.
