Apparently many agree with me as it was pretty empty. So of course the unkempt and disheveled older man was chitchatting with the young woman behind the counter. I asked if this was a FedEx drop off location even though I had looked online first. She said yes and I said good because I had a heavy box to drop off. All of a sudden the man, who I thought might be a lonely local just chatting up the employee, interrupted to say they wouldn't take heavy boxes. I asked why since they were a drop off location. He said because they couldn't be expected to move a heavy box themselves. I said "FedEx will take care of it." He just said "we won't take it." I don't know who this guy even was - had no name tag or any other indication he worked there. But I'll never go back to this or any other Walgreens if I can possibly avoid it.

I went to get two photos of my daughter's wedding today. I spent an hour adding in the pictures…read morefixing them and getting them to the way I wanted, I walked around the store for an hour until they got ready. The young lady behind the photo booth came looking for me and told me that I was unable to get those pictures in large because they were copyright. I explained to her that the pictures not copyright and that I own the right to the pictures as I purchased them and took them from my phone. She then said to me that they were not and they were I explained to her again that they were not copyright and they were my photos. I then proceed to say to her that she had absolutely no idea what she was talking about, but I would go to another Walgreens and had them done there. as I proceeded to walk out the gentleman behind the counter who talks to himself really said to me that I have no idea what I'm talking about , the lady behind the Photo Booth knows what she's talking about when no one was even talking to him was rude to me. I'm totally with allowing people with disabilities to work in organizations, however to be rude to customers it's completely unacceptable. Make a long story short. I went to another Walgreens where I always get my pictures done and they completely agree that my pictures are not copyright and they should've been able to be Walgreens on is a complete disgrace each time I go there everyone has an attitude and there's no whatsoever. I feel bad even writing this review as I've been a loyal customer since moving here in 2001. No…read moreissues with the store. Lately having issues with pharmacy prescriptions. the automated system said a rx, I'm required to take to keep a steady level in my system, was ready. I called first and found it was not ready and they did not have any. When I say I called i went through a drawn out automated system and got called back. I was then told to call around to find it myself. I asked that they do this and advised I knew they had a central service for these issues. Placed on hold then told they had one of the three boxes in my rx and would have it ready. They did, great. I called a week later to find out when to expect the other two and was told I'd have to wait until March to refill again as they changed the rx without any LICENCED practitioner approval. They had the medication in stock now and said if they still did in March would fill it then. They again argued with me, didn't give me the courtesy of listening and told me to call the insurance company myself to see if they would ok filling the rest of the rx. Their automated system is a mess and states I have rxs ready for pu for drugs I haven't taken in years. They offer zero customer service anymore. I gave two stars as I still appreciate the store and vaccine services. I need to find better. I always wonder how someone older than I manages this type of disservice. It's sad.
