Of all automated phone systems, CVS pharmacy may use the worst tech. The system is stupid and it's very difficult to speak to a live agent. This is one of the slowest pharmacy's I've ever been to. The drive up line is often closed with a sign to go inside & once inside, you'll be in a really long line. I would highly recommend switching to another location if you're able to, but a pro about this location is that it's one of the only ones open 24/7. During my most recent visit, I had scheduled an appointment for some vaccines at 9:30, but it's now 9:45 with no pharmacist to be seen to administer them. Doing a pick up order online isn't too bad since these are generally ready & the cashier lines in the front aren't as long as the one in the back of the store. read more

The store itself is okay. The pharmacy is the worst; the pharmacy manager, A, a lady I believe is Asian, has such an attitude; Rudy downright does not care, only there for a check. Let her employees lie and work knowing they have COVID-19; as she told me, I was horrified. Let the nighttime Pharmacist close the whole pharmacy and go home only because the leading pharmacist was 4 minutes late. She has caused my medication to be late by not ordering on time, and I have gotten ill. I have called the 1-800 number and left complaints, and they do nothing, more than likely due to her diversity. Others say they only stay at this pharmacy because it is open 24 hours. The drive-through is rarely open, and the sign states that because that system is down, all the registers are one system; she also likes to think people are stupid. There is one person pharmacist who is there who is good about it. She also had an employee lie to someone on a recorded line and say he was the manager because she was wrong. I am leaving this horrible place and this woman as she is rude, and the staff there and mainly her, I feel are a danger to my health and anyone that gets medication there. Never has medication in stock either. Please, for your good, go somewhere other than here. The lines are always too long; wait too long unless you're her friend or family. She is unprofessional, with too much playing around in the store. These are my opinions, and I am entitled to them. Adding as of 3/16/24 @8:15 pm, I went in because they said they had paperwork to prove they transferred my family prescriptions. A bunch of paperwork was printed out saying to transfer. I spoke to a man who said they had tried to transfer them but could not fax them to my new pharmacy, so I still needed to go there in person. with these papers, the new pharmacy should be able to transfer them themselves. This is not what 1-800 CVS said manager. Brenda, this store's Pharmacy manager said it was all complete. She can't tell the truth to save her life. read more

This is a 24 hour CVS which makes it convenient specifically when needing to fill a prescription. They also have a drive-thru pharmacy which makes it that more convenient as well should you not be feeling well and not feeling like getting out of your car. There is always a wait at the pharmacy but I feel like that is the case at any pharmacy nowadays. The store is pretty neat overall and they generally are in stock with whatever I need. The coupon machine though literally never works and I miss out on coupons which stinks. read more

Not only is nothing ever in stock, one of their employees tells me they refuse to hire enough people to keep the shelves stocked despite having the inventory for most of it and not actually being out of it. The night crew is too lazy to stock the shelves and since I'm a night worker and go there at night most of the time, even MORE stuff is out of stock. They just leave the shelves empty ALL NIGHT read more

My family has been using this CVS location for close to 20 years. My husband had 3 teeth pulled on 6/23/2023 went to CVS to hand in his paper script and was told that they had NO pain killers at all. The pharmacist yelled from her podium to go to Walgreens or Riteaid He had a mouth full of blood asked the pharmacist to please come over to talk instead of yelling. He asked her to please call the dentist to change or order something else and he would go and get it. They didn't want to help him The other employees were ganging up on him and at one point one employee looked as if she was trying to push him out. Then the manager came over and asked him to leave. My husband is diabetic and on multiple medications that come along with having diabetes. He called me from his car SO upset I thought he was having a heart attack. His mouth was filled with blood and it was everywhere. I told him I would get the pain killer for him and to go home. I eventually switched all of our medications over to Shoprite. Idk what happened. My husband needed help and he couldn't believe that a CVS had absolutely NO pain killers whatsoever! This was in Friday 6-23-23 at approximately 12:30-1 pm. I'm am extremely disappointed In CVS Pharmacy that I will never shop there again! I know there's two sides to every story but my husband needed help and everyone treated him terribly! We have a business ourselves and our customers mean everything to us. I've never written a yelp review and unfortunately this is my first. It's sad that this transaction didn't go smoothly as it should have. Just a simple drop off wait and leave. I love buying makeup at CVS and now I'll have to shop elsewhere! This CVS is a stand alone with decent parking but only one way to exit. Right off of a main road so it's easy to find. The employees here are not really nice, they have an attitude or feel annoyed if they have to help out a customer. They also have a weird return policy. I bought a CVS product from another CVS and I did not need it anymore it so I brought it back here when I saw this CVS as I was heading to my destination. The CVS policy is satisfaction guaranteed, return anytime, no questions asked. I also thought I was able to return to any CVS because they're a chain and not independently owned. This CVS would not take back my item because they said they don't carry the item. I was surprised because it's a CVS brand product and I didn't even open it. I was of course upset. I left and found another CVS nearby and was able to get my item returned without a problem. What a strange CVS. The employee wasn't even nice to me, I would have been less upset if they were polite and nice. read more

After looking at her red head 80's styled hair (frizzy with a bright blue scrunchie) I decided not to take any hair product advice from her. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!! I'm absolutely disgusted with the customer service shown in this store. Joan the cashier REFUSED to give her first name for the complaint. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 2.5 hours which is c unacceptable when the pharmacist told me he had three calls waiting. Professional? I called the front store to see if the pharmacy changed hours, and was yelled at and told it was not their problem. I asked for their name at the time (11:30pm) and refused. Joan scream at me in front of customers and acted irrationally, she expressed to me that she hoped I got covid and perished. Check the records for a call to the front store at 11:30, see who answered, I'll bet every dollar I'll ever earn it was Joan. To blame their personal issues on covid is no excuse as this pandemic doesn't only effect CVS. They don't know the risks I take daily at my frontline job. I can't even get my prescriptions filled because of incompetency of ordering medications in the pharmacy. I highly suggest y'all bring someone in and make this right. If y'all can't staff the store appropriately then CLOSE. Don't remain open and excuse me, but half ass it. How does that help anyone? How does your employees wishing death by covid after they just used the pandemic as an excuse for their poor work? How does a pharmacist (Richard S) leave someone on hold for 2.5 hours without ever addressing me? I remained on the phone until the store and he wasn't on the phone, wasn't with a customer, he was sitting down no mask. I don't understand how someone can be sitting doing no work but too busy and allow someone to be on hold for 2.5hrs. Very confused on how your employees say one thing and expect remorse for COVID when in reality they are completely unfit to work at your store. EVERY other CVS in the area, except this location, is run with integrity and morals. Joan don't take your personal issues to work to take it out on customers who ask for help. I know when someone asks for your first name for a complaint refusing what's the point? Yelling in my face saying you weren't taking responsibility for your actions? It's despicable and you should be more then ashamed. Please be a kind and professional person not just for your sake but your career. Joan, your behavior was not only sickening but criminal. Richard S if you're unable to efficiently run the pharmacy than inform management that change is warranted. Four witnesses within the store I got contact numbers for and are willing to share exactly what I'm conveying. The entire store heard Joan. I am awaiting to hear back from you before I proceed further with the authorities on to file a police report against Joan. Honestly, after the things she said I don't know how you would permit an employee who says "I hope you get sick with covid and die miserably" P.S.S. It's absolutely unbelievable that a pharmacist (Richard S) would not be wearing his face mask properly when surrounded by hundreds of people's medications. read more

I called the pharmacy to inquire why a prescription from 5 days ago was not filled yet. I was on hold 25 minutes before I hung up. will have to waste gas going to the pharmacy for my inquiry, them go back probably tomorrow to actually get the prescription. very, very poor customer service. read more

The staff is nice, but they are the WORST at getting prescriptions filled on time. Every single time I am here I have to come back another day because they say it will be ready and it is not. Fortunately none of the prescriptions are life threatening, or I would die waiting in their storefront. read more

I walked in to see what I thought was a small child without parental supervision, only to discover it was a midget. Never seen one of those before in person. Really quite a thrill! Also saw a gentleman with an exceptional beard (which to my surprise was actually a woman which an exceptional beard). Bearded lady. Unreal. I love the circus man. read more
