I wish I got his name, but the gentleman that is a tall Caucasian with a long beard of red hair that gave me my flu shot was truly kind, professional and AMAZING. Did not feel my flu shot at all. read more

Hung up on me 3 times, when I finally reached someone they were so rude and hung up on me again.

My fiancee has been dealing and putting up with this damn awful pharmacy for a while now. Every time she goes to pick up her meds the pharmacy is closed or they're slow as hell and when she has to call them they act like it's a big inconvenience and talk to her like crap. She already had enough of there BS so it's time to change to a much better and friendlier pharmacy. read more

Was super excited to be able to get my photo order picked up thru the pharmacy drive thru. What a great and convenient idea...if only the folks inside would be mote organized and this would have worked. The guy working the window came back two times to confirm my name and to ask me to park and come inside because he couldn't find my order. I parked and went inside and an employee also had problems finding my order and he then said " oh it's because you placed an internet order and they placed it in another spot"...COMMUNICATION is key! All staff should have a game plan, a heads up, and clear directives and reference material for new procedures etc. Just a little more communication and training and this will work like a charm. read more

Walgreens - Oooh picking up my photo order thru the drive thru! Sweet!!! - Drugstores Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

The worst treatment in five years! Pharmacist was brutal. Changed me even though insurance company covers my meds treatment was horrific! Other reps new me nurse called ahead... then was insulted when I got angry! Shame on you holding my meds hostage and dangling them I front of my face as if to say "fuck you I have the power to make you sick..... how would you feel if someone held your cancer meds in front of you then said ha! You can't afford the go ahead and die! Then stated she would call my doctor as if she was my mommy!!! This is unacceptable! She should be fired! For obstructing healing and pain relief. You are not in charge of my health! I am! You will hear from an attorney!!! Regardless of the outcome.... I hope you realize the depth of your mistake. You could have cost me my life! Or I could have ended up in detox Not to mention the expense of all of the above. SHAME ON YOU! read more

Walgreens - SHAME - Drugstores Near Me - Albuquerque, New Mexico

I have been a Customer at this store for years. Used it during Covid for pickup of Orders, dropped off Packages for Fedex and have even used the Pharmacy (that's the deduction). Always has super friendly employees and well stocked with a variety of items. Easy to get in and out of and ample parking. I called ahead to see if they had Canes, the friendly lady said yes and told me what isle to find it. I then went in and wala they actually have a pretty good selection. When I went to pay she told me she was glad I was able to find the Cane I needed and was just super friendly taboot. read more

I'm absolutely floored how awful this pharmacy is. The slowest I've ever been to. And they always have non pharmacy employees handing out the medicine and ringing people up. I don't feel like this is safe. They did give us the wrong medication one time which I almost gave my son, good thing I caught it. This place is unorganized and super slow. Walgreens has a corporation needs to come in and really audit this location and get some competent people that can work. read more

I wanted to give the pharmacy an updated rating because many of the previous reviews were so harsh. I recently moved to this side of town and during my move I hurt my back. Urgent care wrote me a prescription and I had it sent to this Walgreens. When I called to find out when it would be ready they were very polite, as was the gentleman in the drive thru when I picked it up. They had my prescription ready within an hour of the doctor sending it over. Excellent service, ignore those ancient reviews! read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever! This pharmacy will send me alerts saying my albuterol is ready even though it was filled 1 week ago! I literally have 5 albuterol inhalers mailed to me! All of my other medications they can't get filled always have an excuse! Worst customer service, super uncaring, and worst process ever! read more

The pharmacy is a Nightmare! Receive incorrect texts - long lines - prescription not ready - said it would be 20 min. Went back two hours later - waited in line for 30 min - still not ready...unreal! read more

The store manager and some of the staff are very nice. Pharmacy has gone downhill and they are often times short staffed so wait times can be long. One dude in the pharmacy is pretty abrupt. read more

Went to this store tonight to buy some cosmetics, everything is locked up, so when i went to push the button to get assistance, it either did not work or was turned off. I had to go to the front of the store to get assistance, one worker said they would be with me shortly, then walked off somewhere else, so i went to the front a second time and the other worker Nicole gave me an attitude and rudely told me it will be a minute. I felt i was being pretty patient, the rudeness wasn't necessary. When Nicole finally came over to assist i told her what i needed and said "thank you so much for your help" trying to be nice since she seemed to be having a bad day, and she didn't even acknowledge me, just handed me my product and walked off. There was another lady in the isle just ripping the cosmetics off of the locked hangers. So why are there locks if you are just going to hand me the product and walk away? Clearly some people just rip the product packaging because they don't want to wait. Maybe Walgreens should rethink the locks if they are too short staffed, or too inconvenienced to assist with them. read more

Pharmacy is horrible! EVERY time I go pharmacy staff is rude, and always seem short staffed, long wait times and prescriptions are always unavailable or not ready when they say they will be. Definitely needs new management in the pharmacy! read more

I come here quite regularly for prescription refills and what not, and the services from their pharmacy department is suboptimal. They will not call you nor text you and inform you that hey, we dont have the type of med that you are requesting, only to find out for yourself about 3-5 days later and no one seems to have an answer why no one bother to give you a call. The store itself is clean and not trashy as other locations...and that is the only reason why I rated them 2 stars rather than 1. read more

I've gone into this Walgreens a couple of times and the times I have, the way they managers treat customers and employees is disgusting. Tony and Stephanie are the ones I have noticed that are very unprofessional, rude to the employees. By the looks of it, the turn over on employees is high and now I know why, who would work with these two. They are grown people treating their young employees like crap. Stephanie has a real bad attitude and should be fired. I saw her interaction with one girl employee and couldn't believe the way she talked to her. If this is what you want to represent your company, your doing a good job but I will never go back and will tell others if the kind of treatment these employees have to deal with. read more

Fairly clean and orderly. I almost always find what I'm looking for here. Today I couldn't find it, so I went over to the pharmacy to see if they knew where it might be. Not only did she let me know they carried it, she came out from behind the counter and took me to where it was, right where I'd been looking but didn't see it. I even found something that I'd been looking for everywhere with no luck - sunglasses readers! Up front at the register there were quite a few folks in line. Right about the time I was thinking they needed to open up another register, they opened up another register. Good experience here today. read more

this is my favorite Walgreens in the area. Friendly staff and management. I travel a little bit further to go here.

Had questions for the pharmacy manager she was the rudest female I have ever encountered! She didn't smile or greet me and by the time I was done expressing my VERY REASONABLE questions about a new medication I was taking she not only made me feel stupid but I was also embarrassed. I have never had a pharmacist roll their eyes at me while I was asking certain questions. She was rude unprofessional and an extremely unpleasant woman!!! I am changing to CVS have used Walgreens for years but unfortunately the experience I had with her has soured me towards that company!!!! They need to retrain their management in customer service!!! read more

Super helpful pharmacy staff who are always willing to suggest solutions to complicated prescriptions & getting refills. Thanks!!
