    I'm surprised to see the (only) other rating be so low. I'm not over on this side of town very…read moreoften, but when I am, I've made it a habit of filling up at this Good2Go because it's so reliable. I find it has good prices on (high quality) Chevron gas, it's neat and tidy inside and out, the workers inside are always polite and on-the-ball, and it's convenient. I've never had an issue with the card readers on the pumps (they have both insert and chip readers on all of them) and I can't recall ever having seen a pump out of order here. Again, I'm not a frequent visitor to this side of town, but this is probably the business I visit most when I'm here - to me, it's always been just great!

I went in to purchase a pizza and noticed that the pizza box was unsealed. While at the register, I briefly opened the box to check if the pizza was okay, given it was not sealed. Immediately, the cashier--a young woman with glasses--began yelling at me, saying I wasn't allowed to open the box. I explained that I was just checking the pizza's condition since the box was unsealed, but she continued to raise her voice. I asked to speak with a manager due to her aggressive behavior, and ultimately decided not to purchase the pizza. She claimed there was no manager on site. I then approached the person preparing the pizzas and asked if they could get a manager for me. At that point, the cashier called someone she referred to as the manager. Unfortunately, the situation escalated further. The person on the phone refused to provide her name and started shouting profanities at me, telling me to "get out of her f***ing store." At that moment, I was trying to confirm that I had not been charged for the pizza. The entire encounter was extremely unprofessional, hostile, and shocking. I dedicate countless hours volunteering to improve our community and make it a better place for everyone. That's why it's especially disheartening to be treated this way as a customer. I can't imagine I'm the only one who has had this kind of experience, and I hope you take this as an opportunity to reflect on how customers--especially those who care deeply about their communities--are treated. I will not be returning. This was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
