I had on my app a free medium hot drink. The two Hispanic ladies at the register were being very rude the thinner lady said that we are not a truck stop you guys are only here to get free things. She came out from behind the counter being very rude telling us we have to pay for the ice in our containers. Then a manager lady with very very short hair said we have to pay $.54 per cup of ice that filled our drink containers. Then the thinner girl got in my husbands face and said just cause you are a big and fat and a truck driver does not give you the right to get free ice. Then said we are not allowed back into the maverick. We have never had this type of experience they treated us like we were criminals. There was another Hispanic customer filling up his own container with ice they did not say anything to him. I was strolling around and low and behold... what do you think the NM Donut Kween found!!! You guessed it! Doughnutty socks!!!! Sad thing is they were children sizes but I thought what the heck I'm going to buy them anyway!! I asked the cashier if she had anything else related to Donuts in her shop. She said I don't think so. It is the best in the area. I went to the one on Wyoming…read moreand San Antonio this morning. The cashier was nice but the so called Customer Service Girl was so rude. She always is too. She can't even smile or be polite for one second. It makes me wonder how she is even employed. On the other hand the Ventura store, all the employees are super nice and the manager is always nice too. He is very helpful to everyone and runs the check out when he can and always seems very patient.
