Walgreens is a great convenience store. I especially appreciate the fact that they have fiji water at a reasonable cost.  Staff in the store are committed to high standard covid 19 protocols they also require masks if you enter. The customer service was great I had a staff member take me directly to the item I was looking for they were also protecting their staff by having screens up at the checkout lines I really appreciate the commitment to a safe environment and a clean store people forget that wearing a mask is as much for protection of the staff as themselves read more

Great convenient and fast. I stopped here to get myself something to drink so I can rehydrate after my adventure site seeing of some of the oddities here in Albuquerque. I've got so many more to see but I am so excited. This Walgreens is fairly clean and the staff is nice. They were very courteous and helpful. I like that they conveniently have cold drinks ready to go and if you need other small grocery items or snacks you can buy if your in a pinch for time. Granted the selection is limited but it's convenient and of course comes at a convenient price. Their prices are pretty fair but some things are more expensive than going to Walmart or Target. They also carry a large selection of cosmetics and hygienic products. Believe it or not they actually carry toys and pet toys. It's not a large selection but if you need something in a pinch I guess it works. Then of course they have a large selection of vitamins and over the counter medicines. I don't come to Walgreens often but they are always there when I need them. I'll be returning next time I'm in the area to get some more drinks or snacks. read more

I come to this Walgreens quite often just because of how close it is to my home and every time I print photos here I end up disappointed. The pictures come out fine it's just that I end up waiting 10+ minutes to even get some help every time. Once I get someone to help me they are very helpful but I think it's ridiculous to wait that long when there are so few people in the whole store. Even when I ask the lady at the front to call for someone it still takes forever. Everything else is great but be prepared to wait awhile if you're printing photos at this location. read more

This location has a NEGLEGENT pharmacy. Their neglegence has cost me money and stress. I switched to this location because it was closer. That was a terrible idea. Within the month that I have been using this pharmacy, I have tried to fill two prescriptions. The first time I ran into some trouble and had to wait a day or two for them to figure out how to call and verify my insurance. Which I had been using perfectly fine at another walgreens location. I guess one time wasn't enough. I then had to deal with the pharmacy multiple more times telling me I could not pick up my daily medication due to insurance issues even though they had all of my information and the numbers to call for the insurance. Due to their lack of consideration for their customer, I have gone over a week without my medication. This means I must pay for a new doctors appointment, purchase a new medication at a lower dosage, and lose money by taking time off work to go to the doctors appointment. The actions of this pharmacy have cost me money and been detrimental to my health. A week without medication can be dangerous for some. They should be responsible enough to know this. The store itself is clean and the staff is nice. It is fine to buy a few items. Just NEVER use the pharmacy if your medication is important. read more

Gear staff at this location! Herman in the liqueur Dept is friendly and responsible! Plus he makes a great Santa! Always remembers people's names, there needs and always smiles. I used to work with their GM Shane, good guy and still a hard worker! This location has a great staff and a clean store. I wish the pharmacy was staffed a bit more but it still is run quite nicely. read more

Taking COVID-19 into consideration doesn't justify this unacceptable, lazy, incompetent, and unprofessional Pharmacy service. The Pharmacy called US TWICE. We told you we were at work and that I would be picking up the prescription today. You told us you hold prescriptions for 14 days. It's YOUR policy. It hasn't even been 14 days. Plus, your hours are 9am - 9pm. I arrived at 5:30pm. You tell me you put the prescription back and can no longer get it for me. It was within 14 days, it was within your operating hours of 9am - 9pm, and you called us twice that morning and we told you we were picking them up TODAY. Instead of apologizing and getting the prescription, you say we now need to call in and request ANOTHER refill. This shouldn't have even happened. There was no need to call in another refill. Okay, I remain calm, patient, and understanding. So we call. Then you argue with us! You basically admit you were trying to cut corners. Own it. Fix it. I get it. You might be overworked and underpaid like the rest of us, but these are prescriptions we're talking about. This is our health and healthcare. How many other people do you do this to? I'd give this negative stars. Your job is filling prescription orders with good customer service during YOUR hours of operation. I suggest you 1) open earlier than 9am during business days, 2) learn more about basic customer service, 3) change your policies or FOLLOW THEM. Or 4) Get new Pharmacy management. Constantly harassing me and my doctor about a medication I have taken for a decade for pain due to an injury in the military. They are always assuming or insinuating I am a drug addict. (I have actually had a male tech in his 20's with blond-ish hair say I do not look like I need pain medication since I have "wild tattoos" and "seem to get around just fine") It almost seems as if they are doing everything they can to periodically cause delays in my prescription pick up for fun. (Which Tramadol is expressly directed to NOT abruptly stop taking for fear of seizures and/or death.) My Dr. has me set up with pre-authorized monthly pick up and Walgreen's pharm staff deny filling it and insist on Dr. approval randomly. Pharm techs also constantly say I am picking up early (when I pick up on or around the 1st of every month and have a surplus from not abusing these meds...most recently they said I cannot pick up until the 17th and here I am on the 18th STILL trying to get my meds.) and odd pick up dates are demanded despite vacations or schedule issues I may have. I'll be switching to another pharmacy asap. read more
