Completely unprofessional…read more This happened on Thursday, I wrote my original review on Friday after I had general anesthesia for wisdom teeth removal, and now that the grogginess and pain has subsided, I've edited my review to be more concise/readable, provide screenshots rather than type out the conversation, and add more detail as she threatened me with legal action: I had an appointment at 3:30pm, got there at 3:36 (mistyped it in one of the texts, but you can see this from the first time stamp). I texted, rang the doorbell, and called, no answer. See the screenshot for when she finally responded, you can judge for yourself if it was unprofessional. There is also another screenshot showing my iPhone significant locations for the time I arrived to that area (3:35). She put me down as a no show (not sure if there's a fee associated) and said she was going to send me a Cease and Desist for slander after I posted this review. I wonder how many people she has said that to and they deleted their review because they didn't have the resources to deal with that. Aside from that, what happened to grace periods? It's standard practice across the US for that to be anywhere from 10-20 minutes. And she commented on this Yelp review that she can't put her life on hold? I was 6 minutes late, but even if I was 11 minutes late like she claims, her reaction would still be unprofessional...so I'm not really sure what she's defending. If you Google it for beauty appointments, the most common answer to pop up is 15 minutes. They don't just leave because the client didn't show up the exact minute their appointment time was (as her texts sound). They're running a business. And finally, what happened to being understanding (or at the very least, not rude) to repeat clients that have been more than understanding for your situations? The appointment I had before this one, I was on time and she had me waiting well over 6 minutes as she was doing her sister's lashes in the back and was flustered getting everything together for my appointment. Although I've been trying to practice asking before I entered any establishment due to COVID, the main reason I had texted her first was because of that situation. As per her response, she's completely ignored that to fit her narrative. Clearly, she wasn't there when I texted 6 minutes after my appointment time either. And she didn't respond at all until 3:57. I wonder if she was even there at my appointment time and is trying to play the victim for her mistake. In the past, she's cancelled on me the day of an appointment. Yes, she said it was because of a power outage, but I've had people who went through that here offer discounts for the last-minute inconvenience, to come to my house, or still do the appointment with back up lighting they had. I was okay with being offered none of that because I know it's hard to run a business and not everyone has the resources to offer that, but why does she expect clients to have basic understanding when she doesn't reciprocate? In this situation, if she had texted me that she couldn't wait or responded to my texts politely, I would've gladly paid any late fees and continued giving her my business, but that is not the case. There are plenty of other people who do great brow work in the area, the hassle of working with Jessica as a person is not worth it. Support businesses who value you as a customer y'all. Check out Brows and Winks, she's right across the street, offers brows, lash, and waxing services, is always professional, and quite the pleasure.

It did not hurt at all getting the powder Brows and she did an Amazing job! My husband, kids, friends and family all couldn't believe they were powdered brows! They look like I normally would do them! My husband and son didn't notice at all. I had to tell them. They were sooo impressed. It's so awesome getting up and not having to do your brows! Regular Pharmacists? LOVELY Monday Jan. 12, 2026: fill in…read morepharmacist -I have used Highland Square Akron Pharmacy for 20 years never had a problem NEVER this week (a temporary pharmacist on duty) the way I was treated was horrendous, I actually cried when I got off of the phone, I have never had anything like this happen before, the disrespect, I was a wreck the entire day. There was 1 staff member that was not a regular also and both women were just awful to me. My doctor was forced to call the pharmacist 2 times to get my prescription set and admittedly my doctor was upset because she knows me and I was upset. how it ended? the TEMPORARY Pharmacist told my husband who went to pick it up that she "didn't like the way my doctor talked to her", so she refused to fill my prescription. AND I NEEDED IT. I found a local pharmacy open til' 8:00pm, my doctor made a 3rd phone call for me to the new pharmacy and thankfully I got my medication there at 7:55pm. AGAIN - my doctor referred to the pharmacist as 'a floater' not knowing I already knew she was not a usual staff member, but regardless, my dr. was rude to her so I had to go w/o my medication? My calm, cool, collected, extremely kind husband called me from the parking lot after the final attempt and he told me he raised his voice and yelled at the pharmacist, told her she was unprofessional and causing his wife undue stress, among other things. I was beyond stressed because he never raises his voice, he is the most calm person I know - and he hit his limit with this TEMPORARY pharmacist. In the wee hours I got the app for the pharmacy I ended up getting the meds from and I electronically transferred all of my prescriptions to that place, I can't fathom having to go through anything even close to what I went through yesterday. We are going to be writing up a formal complaint and making phone calls but I need to calm down first, but this review I can do, so there it is.

Don't rely on this pharmacy for maintenance medications. The pharmacy closes frequently and…read moreunpredictably and the customer service is the worst I've seen. Don't bother calling them with any concerns either, they'll just let you sit on hold for 2 hours and hope you'll hang up.
