If I didn't know better I think she was high or something. She works in the pharmacy yet has no idea about anything. Common cold medicines. I said I wanted Mucinex with decongestant and pseudoephedrine. She's like we don't have that we only have pseudoephedrine. The pharmacist who looks overworked and burned out, I was able to yell to her. You don't have congestion and pseudoephedrine together back there? She said you mean Mucinex D yes I said. Of course they have it. Pearl had no idea what she was looking for what she was giving me nothing. I got the Mucinex. I wanted the 600 mg and 60 mg but I was never asked what I wanted they just hand it to you and act like that's all they have. The Customer Service is basically you're an irritation. I have dealt with a lot of horrible rite aid staff while serving 13 years in the military. This is the only location that I have written a great review on. Louis the Pharmacist, has the best customer service of any rite employee by far. He is very knowledgeable, and really goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
