I came here for the first time in February, to check if one of my tires had a leak. They checked it & told me there wasn't anything they could do for now. I appreciated the honesty & their explanation of slow leaks, so I decided I would come here for my oil change instead of going to the dealership. Supporting local businesses is important to me. They were very thorough & again explained everything to me about recommended services. Ok, this place is slipping bad. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority any more. I had my wife drop off my car for a front wheel alignment, first the counter guys just carry on with a conversation while she's standing there with a "first appointment of the day". After discussing whatever they watched on TV last night, they finally graced her with their attention. Computer issues? Ok but act like a customer is standing there. So there she sits and waits for three hours when she goes outside and realizes the truck has moved, so she asks the technician and he replies he was finished hours ago. Only to be told by the counter that it needs additional work she'd have to approve but since she told them she had a later appointment, they thought she would schedule it later, but they left her sitting there for 2 hours. I make the repairs, she takes it back, again stands there waiting to be acknowledged and finally they look up. Again she has to ask and again they say the alignment was done two hours ago, this time the convo at the desk was how small the breasts are at Popeyes. Go elsewhere. read more

I went to this place several times. The first time I came here for an oil change, they failed to correctly attach the cover depicted in the photos, and it fell off minutes after while I was driving. Thinking that everyone makes mistakes, I gave them another chance and came back again, and this same thing happened again. Now I know that the first time wasn't a mistake but rather an instance of poor workmanship. I appealed to this shop via email and received no response. I would use caution if you decide to patronize Waldorf Tire Pros. Is it bad when a car place knows you by name? Does that mean it's time for a new car? I come to this place often...too often in my opinion, however, I am always pleased with my service. And it's always for different things, never anything major. I spend less on an oil change than other places and some of their parts are actually cheaper than the auto stores (Auto Zone, etc.) for the same exact brand. I am always informed, they let me know which things need to be fixed right away and what can wait (usually very minor things). My car has been in pretty great shape since I started getting my car serviced here about a year ago. Prices are reasonable and they even have a rewards program. The staff/techs are great!! I stopped by this shop today after my boat trailer blew a tire while driving through Waldorf. I had my flat spare with me. While they did not have the tire I needed, they did call a couple of the local shops and found the tire that I needed close by. They then sent me on my way with the name of the other shop and good directions. Great customer service and they spent the time to go above and beyond to help me out of a roadside jam - with no profit motive. I had a nail in my tire and although they could not repair it (too far on side), I was given 2 tire options. My original tire brand was more expensive than the cheaper version the staff recommended. This shop discriminates against any oversized vehicle that looks like a "motor home" and discriminated against my wife and I. Called the day prior just to find out if they can fit oversized vehicles in their bays and if they do oil changes on a Ford E-350, they informed me that they do both of these things. When my wife and I came in today, Afrikan as we are, all of a sudden they can't accommodate us. They are claiming "they don't have the parts to work on our vehicle" even though just yesterday, when I spoke to the same receptionist on the phone, they had the parts and would gladly do the oil change. I even saw an oversized van they are working on with the exact same engine as ours in it so I know they do, in fact, have the parts to work on them. Drove 20 miles for nothing. Would give this place negative stars if I could. read more

Never used the place before, but went in for an inspection. Thought the price was decent, until a little research showed a 100% mark up on the parts. I got it, you want to make a few bucks, but charging 100 bucks for a 50 advance auto part item is be my greedy. Politely said no thanks and found a more reasonable mechanic. read more

Do Not Take Your Car Here for an Inspection!!!! This place is disgusting. My young son brought his car in here 3 or 4 different times to get it inspected. Each time he brought it in, they found something new wrong with it. My son, Adriane, does not make much money. He used every paycheck to fix whatever they said was wrong with the car. He ended up surpassing the 30 day mark. Once he was able to save more money, he got the car fixed again for the third time and re-payed to get it re-inspected. The car would have been fixed properly if they had of stated everything that was wrong with it upfront the first two times. After the 3rd or 4th re-inspection, SURPRISE!! Waldorf Tire Pros found something else wrong with the car. This is something that should have been addressed the first two or three times he brought it in. My son is trying to go to college, he is heartbroken. He trusted this place. The least they could of done was waive the re-inspection fee for him. It's not fair. Please do not take your cars here to get an inspection. They saw a young man with his first car coming in and shattered his goals. These people do not care about anybody, especially your kids! read more

I'm visiting Waldorf (grew up here). While in town, I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I brought it to WTP and am feeling very lucky to have found them considering I did a Google search. I'm a "take my car to the dealer" kind of girl but Audi doesn't exist in Waldorf so here I went. These guys have the same level of customer service that I have received at high end dealerships. I mean that. I went to a chain in Waldorf before these guys and they tried to sell me a new tire. I had a feeling it wasn't needed and WTP confirmed. They patched the small hole and $40 later (vs $450 for a new tire) and I was out. Also worth mentioning, while there the owner was refilling the soda machine and offered me a cold free one. Ha! I'm impressed with small gestures of kindness. They also offered a "business room" for me to work on my laptop as I was doing work while waiting. Small perks went noticed and appreciated. I remember as a 20-something, taking my car to non-dealers and feeling like I was being told things were wrong with my cars that in fact were ploys to get me to pay more $. I didn't get that feeling from these guys. So ladies, I would recommend this place. Easy in, easy out and honest people. read more

This place is great. I went today for the first time and loved it. As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable. No greasy sketchy waiting room or guys leering at you. The shop is neat, clean and professional looking with a nice waiting area. The staff is super friendly. (Billy is such a sweetheart!). I didn't feel like they ran me up on the price either because I was female. They explained the service to me like I was a human being. They called me immediately when my car was ready. I highly recommend these professionals. We all know how hard it is to find an affordable, professional and simply friendly place to take your car. They are knowledgeable and it's important to them that you have knowledge about your vehicle's health also, which is rare. I have finally found my car spot! read more
