I received an email in July from NCA Monument stating the headstone would be to Cedarlawn within 4 to 6 weeks (6 weeks would be September 1st). It has been over two months now, the headstone is still not at my dad's graveside. I have made several attempts in speaking with Jeff and assistant in the status of it being put on my dad's graveside. He blames his staff and tells me he will call me tomorrow. I have yet to receive a call. He also tried to get me to purchase a graveside when I was trying to make arrangements for my father. My thoughts... this is already a difficult time, and it is poor judgement in trying to sell while I am trying to take care of my father's wishes.
