Mykel and his staff were so quick to accommodate any of our needs as a family during the sudden loss of our father. Mykel and his team were diligent in making sure that every detail was tended to; he really went the extra mile. When you lose a loved one, challenges immediately exist, Mykel was able to guide us through some of the complicated decisions a family has to make. He promptly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were able to make it through this most difficult and precious time. Mykel made sure that the outdoor funeral we knew my father wanted went off without a hitch (even in the rain). He was succinct in offering us guidance based on his experience with my father with respect to the choice of casket, stationary, and so much more. I received an email in July from NCA Monument stating the headstone would be to Cedarlawn within 4 to 6 weeks (6 weeks would be September 1st). It has been over two months now, the headstone is still not at my dad's graveside. I have made several attempts in speaking with Jeff and assistant in the status of it being put on my dad's graveside. He blames his staff and tells me he will call me tomorrow. I have yet to receive a call. He also tried to get me to purchase a graveside when I was trying to make arrangements for my father. My thoughts... this is already a difficult time, and it is poor judgement in trying to sell while I am trying to take care of my father's wishes.
