I called every week until the 23rd of February and was finally told they did not have the urn STILL yet they had been telling VEG who I was also calling that they had to get a tracking number. Veg told me they had shipped it but they also needed to get a tracking number leading me to believe that my pet had been shipped back to them...BTW they deliver the remains not SHIP them. I called VEG 4 days ago and was hung up on by Cheyenne and when I called back she had the audacity to tell me I hung up because I could not hear her. A complete lie as I told her to take me off of speaker phone. I finally spoke to Kendall at Fond Memories and she told me that they needed to call and find out when they would receive the urn...I cancelled the black cat urn and they suggested I could take another urn and then transfer him to the cat urn?? I just took the other urn and who knows what I will receive today when I pick up his ashes. Maybe just plain dirt! Do not use this place.
