Mykel and his staff were so quick to accommodate any of our needs as a family during the sudden loss of our father. Mykel and his team were diligent in making sure that every detail was tended to; he really went the extra mile. When you lose a loved one, challenges immediately exist, Mykel was able to guide us through some of the complicated decisions a family has to make. He promptly went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were able to make it through this most difficult and precious time. Mykel made sure that the outdoor funeral we knew my father wanted went off without a hitch (even in the rain). He was succinct in offering us guidance based on his experience with my father with respect to the choice of casket, stationary, and so much more. We highly recommend Bratcher's to anyone looking for help during such a challenging time. Losing loved ones is tough - having a professional team serve in such a delicate capacity helps tremendously. After having to correct all the gramatical errors on the obituary we asked them to remove the links with the flowers, trees and cards on there website. Since we were not having a service and they said they would not. My sister, husband and I all called trying to explain the issue. They refused to make the change and said all they could do was to remove the obituary. Donna Gage the owners wife hung up on me after o explained they were not being sensitive to our families wishes.
