My wife posted (I'm not sure where, maybe Facebook?) and 2 companies responded pretty quickly. The first company came out and looked at it and suggested a course of action, then Jeff from Houser came out and suggested a different course (more thorough and more expensive). He walked me through his thinking and what he recommended made more sense. He was professional and courteous (and didn't mind questions). On Tuesday, his crew came out and performed what was a reasonably extensive repair quickly and expertly. It turns out the repair the first company recommended would not have actually solved the problem (turns out there were leaks originating from multiple locations). We've had several big rains since, and the problem is, indeed solved. Kudos to Jeff and crew - job well done!

I contracted Houser Roofing several times. They installed gutters, they changed a vent and they…read moreattempted to fix a leak. The gutters installation went Ok. I had to remind them to install the guard I paid for, but fine. The gutters match exactly the color of my exterior walls, and Houser Roofing provided good advice. So far, so good. The vent installation went fine, except they had to come back to install the duct correctly (the first installation was a bit of a fire hazard). But fine, they were graceful about it. The big disaster has been fixing a roof leak. The salesman came up with wild theories about the source. all wrong. It cost me thousands of dollars, with zero results. They came several times, and the last time, they said it was a plumbing issue. A plumber came and disagreed. So this leak has cost me a small fortune over 3-4 years. Finally, I called a local roof company. They found the source of the leak in 5 minutes. I don't want to be too harsh here. Roofing is not an exact science. I talked to the owner, and I don't feel he was there to scam me. It's more incompetence than malfaisance. I seem to be the only one with this experience.

Kristie immediately got directly involved by providing Mike, the company's lead installer, and his expertise until all matters were resolved. Kristie's communication with me was continuous throughout the process, and she worked diligently with our schedule. Mike worked tirelessly, and he was patient and accommodating. He executed quality work from start to finish. Both have been amazing. I want to emphasize that there was never a complaint about the beauty or quality of the gate itself. I couldn't be happier with it! I thank Iron Brenham Works for staying the course in making an unhappy customer into one who now has no problem with recommending them to others!

We agreed on price and timeline. First day they came and did demolition and put the wrong texture on the walls due to being unfamiliar with texture. Next day he sent another gentleman to come correct the mistakes from the previous person. This person seemed very knowledgeable and was very personable. He assured me when he returned the next day he simply needed to sand and paint. The next day came and instead of the previous guy the owner of the company showed up. He said he would be 2 hours and done. I reviewed the work and found many issues (see photos). I attempted to share my concerns and he didn't want to look things over but instead complained that I was asking him to do more work. After a bit of back and forth I asked him to leave as he was unwilling to correct his mistakes. I submitted a partial payment that was agreed upon and that was it Atleast I thought. After going outside to my trash I notice he shoved all debris from the job in my trash cans damaging them when he left. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Please be aware. Image used Yelp for many contractors and this is my first poor experience.

They were the only electric company in town that could fit me on around thanksgiving. Since then, they've replaced my breaker box and more. However, in mid December of 2016, our generator gave us an output message that the unit and battery needed service. I contacted Starbrite who advised that they would need to wait until after the holidays, i.e., January, 2017, to service the unit. I pulled our 2015 contract . . . upon which it was noted that service was due December 2, 2016. Starbrite was paid to schedule maintenance PRIOR to that date. And it was now 20 days later. So . . . even though you pay them to keep abreast of maintenance issues on your unit, you will still have to babysit them. I asked for a refund of my (paid in advance) maintenance fees on December 22, 2016. It is now January 3, 2017 and I have received no response.
