They also make their own rich sanitizer and spray which smells heavenly. It's quiet pricey, but you could split a bottle with a friend. I'll absolutely go back. I've heard it's beautiful around Christmas time.

We also have to completely rebuild our shower. We trusted him as a professional. We got burned. I would not let him or his crew near my home knowing what we know now. When he came by recently to inspect, he denied his crew cut the shower pan. The proof is in the pics. He lied to my face with ease. Not smart to deny in the day of cell phones.

First of all, they have a huge selection, and the prices are lower than what you will find in big box stores during discounts. The store inside looks just like a regular warehouse - they specialize in floors and it seems that they mean business without jacking up prices for a "nicer" looking store. They will let you take samples home, so you could look at how it looks like in the intended space which was a tremendous thing for us, first time homeowners! They will walk you through everything and give genuine advice, regardless of whether this means you won't buy the more expansive stuff. The employees are courteous, and it seem like the owner, David, treats them well. That in turn shows in their care for the customers. What really amazed me though, is when I told David that the carpet I bought from him past week got stolen, he offered to sell me the same carpet again with no markup! This shows he really cares about his customers! I will definitely recommend this store to all my friends, and will definitely buy from them again in the future!

When I asked the owner about why the communication from our sales rep was so inconsistent regarding the start date for our job, he didn't deny it - but he seemed genuinely annoyed that I would question them about their process, and acted like I was wasting his time. When he discovered their operations manager didn't inform me of the project start date per their usual process, he quickly dismissed it as an anomaly. The more specific my questions were, the more visibly irritated he became, then he just walked away. He didn't seem to care about making things right, he just wanted to move on. They will tell you one thing, deny it later, and push back at you to make it seem like the customer is the problem. Proceed with caution.

Philip came out yesterday to access the problem. And came back today to do the work. He was so…read morenice and very knowledgeable. Our toilet was leaking through the basement wall and up through the carpet outside the bathroom. The 4 inch lead pipe that goes into the cast iron pipe broke. Our house is over 100 years old. It was not a fun job. He removed the lead pipe and the cast iron pipe. And made the 6 inch rough in to 4 inches for the new toilet that he also installed. He replaced the pipes with PCP pipe. He also replaced the pipe for the wash tub that would run over when I did a large load of laundry. We had 2 other plumbers come out for bids. One told us we would have to hire a general contractor. He would not do the job. And the other one was not going to do half the work that Philip did. We are extremely happy with the job. It was a big fricking mess but Philip cleaned it all up. The temperature differences between the outside of the sunroom and the interior of the sun room runs between 15-20 degrees. This is a boon to our energy costs.
