This initial evaluation really set them apart from other tree companies we have used. Rufus took several hours walking and assessing our property, then explaining to us what each tree needed to thrive. The very next day his crew arrived at 8am with 8+ workers with all the right (and large!) equipment, handling our property with impressive efficiency. They completed everything in just a few hours with coordination and professionalism - almost like watching a dance performance. What really stood out was the result: our trees look healthier, stronger, and genuinely revitalized. our 40+ loblolly pines were saved, our oaks were perfectly pruned and the large decorative tree by our front road and driveway got exceptional care making it a great tree to welcome folks (it was kinda scary looking before). Not a single tree had to be removed. Rufus (the owner) was exceptional - experienced, knowledgeable, clearly passionate. He is personable and easy to approach. You can tell he has seen it all (not his first rodeo by any stretch of the imagination). He cares about doing the job right. The pricing was very reasonable especially considering all that was involved. Cleanup was perfect - nothing left on the ground. They even removed large stumps that a previous tree company left that we've had to deal with mowing around for years. This was the best tree service experience we've had - and we've had a few before that were only mediocre. We just couldn't be happier with Rufus and his team.

They trimmed all of the trees in our front and side yards, raising the canopies significantly. Additionally their used a stump grinder to remove 15+ stumps of various sizes throughout the yard. I specifically want to mention the crew wearing hardhats and other protective equipment. Watching the climber use his safety belt while in a 50ft tree was comforting.
