Justin talks a big story but he didn't listen to what I needed done. I was hoping to be there as he was finishing up to go over things but he did not answer my text about when that might be. Instead his wife called, much later, wanting to come to my work to get the check. She did agree to meet me at the property so I could verify the work. When we met we went over the work and I pointed out things that didn't get done. She assured me Justin would take care of it. Justin did send me a txt acknowledging he needed to finish up and would be out the next week. I called him to find out when. He started rambling on with excuses and again not listening. I ask him to stop talking so I could tell him what I expected and he went off on a rant, very rude, so I finally just hung up. I txt him the next Monday asking when he would be back and his reply was he did not have an exact time. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard a word from him. read more

Justin was really awesome! The trees were trimmed back really well and the tree that was removed was done with no damage to anything else. The stump had wrapped itself around the sprinkler system which broke during the stumping. Justin was going to fix it before filling in the stumped area but as we are having construction work it wasn't necessary. I liked his attitude and reasonably priced. Justin and his guys did a wonderful job taking down a large tree and trimming another in our front yard. They were quick, clean and gave me a great price. I had over 30 dead pin oak trees some as tall as 100 feet I needed immediately cut down. I contacted Justin at J & J and told them I had a problem with several dead trees. Even though he was 60 miles from where I needed him, he came out no problem and provided a quote for the service I needed. We agreed upon a different day for them to arrive and he showed up and did exactly what I expected. I was impressed with his staff and there ability to work well together. They even took a little time to help educate me about how and why they cut trees certain ways. I have more trees that I need removed and Justin will be my guy to help. However I need to wait until hunting season is over :):). I would recommend Justin to anyone. read more
