The technician went to the house and called me for approval before starting work. He got right on it and called me again when finished. I paid the invoice with him by phone. What a great relief for a project that I was sort of dreading having to deal with. Need a plumber too? Call Hyde and they will take great care of you!

They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Horrible, expensive experience.

We've contracted twice now for outside and inside work and every time things have been excellent. They are fairly priced and more than happy to walk you through options for addressing problems. They also have payment plans for larger issues. Their customer service is great and they always follow up to make sure everything is working smoothly. As a first-time home-owner, I couldn't recommend a more helpful and great company!

I called to follow up and was told I would get a call back, but that never happened. I called again asking for the name of the existing shrubs, and was told they couldn't access the information at that time but would call me back. After a third call a few days later, I was finally given the shrub names and told I was "in the system" and should expect a follow-up. Unfortunately, I never received the estimate or any follow-up communication. It's disappointing to have someone come to your home, seem helpful in person, and then completely drop off with no follow-through. This situation also set me back on my spring landscaping plans. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
