The owner and workers of this company are beyond unprofessional. After having to deal with the for…read morethe last 7+ months that they have been on and off of the apartment complex property that I live on, I can confidently say that they do not care about showing respect the the grounds they work on and the people who live on them full-time. Constant messes are made and not cleaned up, or only cleaned up after residents of the property ask them to pick up after themselves. Once one mess has been cleaned up, they immediately make another. They leave water bottles, cigarette ends, small hand-help tools, garbage bags, and litter from their supplies all over the ground. Even after speaking with the owner multiple times, he has yet to show any improvement to how he is treating the property I live on, even after stating that he will "do better". There are multiple parking spots that are being occupied by larger amounts of wood and paint buckets that can easily fit the rest of their supplies that they constantly leaving in different spots across the property, which results in the grounds looking messy and unkept. Other residents have had to ask them to dump their trash trailer that was sitting in the same spot, completely full, for over 3 weeks. Once they finally emptied it, they were then able to remove a large tree branch that one resident had to attach a handwritten letter to that asked them to remove the branch since they had allowed it to sit out for over a week. Multiple complaints have been made to HOA over the last 7 months, but unfortunately, nothing has changed. Having this company on the property has been so unpleasant and I wont ever recommend them to anyone.

An Aggie run business. They are maintaining the grounds of a rental property for me in Bryan, Texas. I am also having them design a backyard hardscape for the property. I had requested a low maintenance flower bed. They didn't dig up the San Augustine grass but instead put a weed barrier over the existing lawn then cut holes in it to plant shrubs. At the first sign of Spring the grass began to grow around almost every single shrub they had planted where the obvious large holes in the weed barrier had been cut. The perimeter is completely overgrown with grass which I can use a weed killer on. However the grass coming up in the plants I cannot manage that way. I called Max Jackson and he refused to come by and see. He told me that what he did was industry standard. I called other landscaping companies that told me grass should be dug up and the ground prepared for planting THEN a weed barrier should be put down. I paid $1700.00 for a bed of grass which is what I had to begin with!! Max didn't come by and see what I was dealing with or in any way offer a solution. He has agreed to replace the shrubs that died but based on my experience with him I'm not holding my breath. My rating is a minus 5 stars but that isn't a choice.
