Wish I could have left 0 stars ...I moved To California 3 years ago, flew back and forth for 4 months every 3 weeks until my house sold and I could get here permanently. I take monthly meds, some months I would have my family pick them up here and some months back home. I was told by the head pharmacist then to figure out where I lived and that I was the only one picking them up, and was lying, I was like I can bring in my plane ticket, he said I could not keep moving them back and forth from state to state, Don't people own house in more than 1 state??? Or travel??? he then checked and o, yes someone else picked them up last month. He yelled across the room in front of my children and embarrassed me. I left. One of my Drs lately was having a problem with my new pharmacy I have had for over 2 years and ask me to move back to Wal-Mart. So I tried them again with 3 meds before I moved everything. Let's just say what a joke of a place. The pharmacist would not fill my meds on time, 32 days, he over rode my Dr.'s orders and then told me it was against the law to have 2 pharmacies. I went last Wednesday, got 2 of my meds, told me the other would be ready on the 7th, called back was told the 10th, which was 32 days again, and about 5 today knowing that I am out, said my Dr. cancelled it. WTF I ran by my Dr. and he did not, they told me I could not use more than their pharmacy and they wouldn't fill it even when my Dr. called and said to... Aaron??? Barry, put me on hold on purpose for 30 minutes Friday night, if I would have known their game I could have got things done before the weekend. Good bye, you should be ashamed of yourselves. I tried to get another med filled there about 3 weeks ago, had a hard copy, they didn't believe me as I was trying to see if they were better, was denied and they said they had to speak with my Dr. I called my Dr. said they hadn't heard from them, played games with me all day, I was out of town, said I could pick it up later, I even called that Dr, she said we told them yes. I had to hurry home and picked the script up and took it to Rite-Aid and it was filled no questions ask. (Never even had a script filled there ever. ) Someone has a GOD complex there. I will no longer be using them. Beware you will be questioned to death. I was nice and then I got stern, they do not like stern, as a customer, we have a right to have our meds on time and not be judged or harassed. And they will tell you your Dr. cancelled it and it was not cancelled by my Dr. read more
