The people who work in this store are the most caring patient hard working employees and they all provide such a comfortable atmosphere for shoppers that's fun and relaxing for everyone they engage with. This store is very clean and well organized. Definitely a must for Ridgecrest. I found myself here when Walmart had no jackets for 3T boys. Marshalls didn't have a huge selection but at least had two options. Definitely needed for the winter. Their toddler clothes selection for boys was small but the stuff they did have was cute. I took a look around the rest of the store and will definitely make a return visit. read more

A couple months ago, the store was extremely disorganized and dirty. I went tonight and was very surprised on how clean and organized it really was. They actually had stock of baby/toddler boy clothes, which is usually the sole empty rack in the store. Why the 3 stars? I was asked about 20 times to open up their credit card. Both while shopping, and at the register's. I declined more than once but the employees kept on about it. I worked retail, where we offered a credit card too and I know there's a quota but if a customer said no once or twice, I would drop it. read more

Finally! A Marshall's in Ridgecrest!! Very organized. Very clean. Very spacious. Associates are really friendly and helpful. I like that they really try to make the store as neat as possible. You always see them organizing stuff on the shelf. A lot of great selections for women's clothes. It has everything from luggage to furniture, toiletries, food, sports gear, perfumes, shoes and purses. It's like Ross, minus the trashy-ness. read more

This place looked nice when it was first opened but it's really starting to look like an unkempt thrift store. There's crap piled everywhere on tables/shelves and you need to sort through it or move stuff to the side to find anything you might be looking for. If you like scavenger hunts then this place might be for you. This location is a little pushy on their credit card to the point where they sound desperate. There is plenty of free parking in their large parking lot. read more

Ridgecrest has a Marshalls? Yes in-deedy! While visiting over the weekend for the Trona Gem-O-Rama I was in need of a longer shirt. Turns out, when you're hunched over mud for a few hours and you're *blessed* with a longer than average torso your shirt will inevitable ride up and expose a small section of your lower back to the scorching sun. So now I have the world's strangest horizontal stripe on my back. Not wanting to further tan the backside, I made a quick stop into Marshalls. What I found here was one of the cleanest stores around. Everything was nicely stocked. Floors were super clean. The service was wonderfully helpful and super friendly! I ended up leaving with a nice work shirt, cardigan, and a kick-ass men's Jurassic Park shirt. Not only was I the envy of every gem collecting nerd, but my backside was happily covered and protected. read more

Every time I walk in, I walk out with a really cute outfit, ( and a bag of really GOOD gourmet candy). The place is very clean, well organized, has cute clothes, shoes and some cool kitchen gadgets, as well as many other things. The staff is very nice and very helpful. I've shopped in quite a few Marshalls and this is the most organized and nicely stocked out of any I've been in. It is always fully stocked with merchandise in all departments and it is neat and clean. Items are easy to find and the associates are very helpful. Name brands are all throughout. I've bought Bliss, Shisheido and OPI products at a great discount that are at Ulta and Sephora for full price. Every time I go in I see new products at great prices. Simply love this store! We all have stores all around us and yes, they're typically the same everywhere. We vacation here often and each time we need to grab some things from here from a new bathing suit emergency to must have new doggie bowl and leash! This store is always well flowing, filled with product I enjoy, quality hidden gems and has more unique items than any I've been in prior. I'm unsure if this is a smaller town or they just don't know how awesome their selection is, I'm always happy! Now if only ALL the stores would fix and figure out how NOT to have über long lines and a ridiculous wait time, we'd have manna from heaven of last minute shopping trips down awesomely! read more

Very nice store. Love that the sizes are all sorted correctly on the clothes racks. Great, fashionable kids clothes at a reasonable cost. Have run into a couple of items with no tags/prices. I was Xmas shopping in Ridgecrest yesterday in between basketball games and stopped by Marshall's. Unfortunately when I got home to Tehachapi (over an hour away) I realized three items I bought weren't in my bag. I called the store this morning and they looked for the items.
