The manufacturer calls them and another store with info on stock status and the other store says it's in stock and this store insists it is not and bad mouths the manufacturer says it has poor quality and they are not got to carry their products anymore. I said I feel like they are trying some sort of bait and switch and they threaten to call police. Very poor business practices if you ask me.

It's not attractively merchandised, but they do have quite a bit to look at and any regular thrift store shopper will appreciate this place for what it is. They test all electronics before putting them on the sales floor. Their book shelves were surprisingly empty on the day of my visit. They had a bunch of different quilted Vera Wang purses that were cute and like new. They have lots of big furniture pieces, several from the 80s and 90s. Clothing has colored barbs to indicate price. When I asked questions about pricing, an associate was accommodating and helpful with her answers. We'll definitely be back.
