Today I walked into the store in a bind and found myself in a very stressful situation. The team members Zoë, Erin, a sweet employee who's name has slipped my mind, and especially Joanna were amazing. They immediately picked up I needed assistance and maybe a tad bit of support. Joanna took time to speak with me about my worries with my bill, my current situation and genuinely turned a very stressful day into a happy one. She even was able to decrease my monthly bill cost after looking over my profile. She was able to connect me to Verizon reps via phone as well for further assistance and stayed with me. I'm grateful that I still have Verizon as my phone/wifi carrier. If it weren't for the team members in store and the call center I wouldn't have kept my service. A big thank you to the employees for focusing on a tailored customer experience and meeting the customer where they are at. I have always had great service at this location! The service is horrible. i've been with Verizon eight years out of Santa Barbara. I went in to ask two questions before trading in three of our phones to upgrade. He didn't want to help me with my two questions. Didn't even shut up from the display he was leaning on and suggested Amazon. I'll take my business back to Santa Barbara thank you. This place is not an authorized Verizon dealer!! They are not allowed to HELP customers!! Came in on 5/5/2018 An spoke to the over weight chewbacca/jabba the hutt(350 hairy monster) who acted like a manager...tried to add lines to my plan so he could get commission instead of helping me...spoke to customer service for an hour and I walked back in And told him what corporate offered me an he stated that was a lie and that he could open a new watch line but not offer what corporate offered He was a lost salesman not understanding why someone had one up him...he needed a diaper after I was done with him No one should ever go here Please go to a REAL VERIZON STORE The last time I came here the fat Steve aoki charged me $30 for a SIM card...I was lazy to drive to a real Verizon store in Palmdale to get it for free.. later I found out that this store is a SCAM!!!! All REAL Verizon stores give you SIM cards for free This place does not deserve the name VERIZON! These USED car sales man are scum!! Went into the store a little skeptical because it's not the standard Verizon Wireless I'm used to dealing with. But the associate Rene that helped me out was SO AMAZING! He was funny and prompt and was able to order the things that I wanted and needed to upgrade my phone lines. He also added the screen protector on my phone as well as offering to set up the Bluetooth in my car. I'll be back because of him for sure. read more

The DM reached out to us and was able to resolve our problems - thank you! Original Review: Read your full paperwork, not just the pieces they show you. They signed me up for items I didn't asked for, specifically a $80 year maintenance protection through the store, and an $11/month maintenance protection through Verizon. Never was these plans mentioned or offered to me, let alone asked if I wanted it. read more

20% restock on all merchandise. Just bought 2 chargers. Bought a separate 6 ft cable for the charger which had a 3 ft. Cable. Ended up I didn't need the 6 ft cord. Took the 6ft back the next day less than 24 hr unopened and untouched package with receipt. C. Eduardo charging me 20% restock. Says the system charges it and he has no control. Cmon man, i just bought the thing. I think the reps have all commission based sales, and they will do anything to keep your money. So I just kept the overpriced charger $40 And cable $20. Just go anywhere else and get 1 for $10. Don't go to this place. Disappointed and will never go there again. read more

my relative who is OBVIOUSLY in a protected group went to upgrade. 1. cheated for hundreds of dollars 2. deceived about many things 3. lied to 4. returned with me, sales refused to help manager lied about what happened in front of my relative, laughed at us and said "go call someone" 5. several calls to Corporate here in Las Vegas, NV have only resulted in an employee, who ever answers only able to "take a message & pass it to the proper person who will contact you within 2 days" 6. No CALL TEXT EMAIL Smoke Signal Telegram or other form of communication has ever been made by gowireless . 7. No one will give us the name or the title or phone number to the mystery employee who is supposed to handle these issues. 8. Several months have passed with our patient open minded attempts to resolve the theft of HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS among several other shameful issues to which my family was subjected to. 9. If I had gone to this store to originally sign up for Verizon service, I would have walked right out and never signed up with Verizon. I went in to the store to switch phones, as I wasn't satisfied with the phone I bought days before. I did not originally purchase my device from this store, so I understand them not being able to satisfy my request. However, Ed, the store manager, and his assistant were so rude from the moment I walked in the store. The wouldn't let me finish a sentence, before denying me of my request. Customer service means listening to the customer, and doing your best to satisfy them. They could have easily helped me with other options, instead they just said "Nope, you have to go back to where you got it from." Super unsatisfied. I then called Verizon customer service, and they were able to help me. They shipped me a phone over night, at no additional charge to me. NO restocking fee; No shipping and handling fee. Do yourself a favor and avoid this store and just call customer service. read more

Not very happy with the service today. If you buy a phone from here and 15 days pass and something goes wrong with it, they will just tell you to go to the nearest Apple store. If I purchase a phone from this location, then this location should help me with my broken phone, not try and sell me an upgrade for more money OR tell me that I need to go to another city over 100 miles away to get help. I bought a phone four months ago and it stopped working, but no-one here will take responsibility for it. I will NEVER buy a phone from here again. read more
