Mind you the back is not even connected to the phone. Why would you order me a phone then start taking it apart before it gets to me. I'm not understanding why it takes 5 weeks for a laptop. He doesn't call you to update you weeks go by then he says he just learned something he could of called and said. I have asked for my 165 dollars back and my laptop I will go to Walmart or something. Update!!! I left a review a few days went by I went to check on my laptop he never fixed it because he was upset about my review which is my right. And said he left a message which is a lie. But overall he had my laptop for 6 weeks didn't do anything and never even called to leave an update or say he wasn't going to fix it. The laptop is in worse condition. No telling what he did internally out of anger. Out off all the mess he responded to this review he could of just let me know longer wanted to do the job he was paid too Please do not go here

    TO THE MANAGER!! URGENT!!! 1/8/2026…read more I attempted to reach your customer service number, 888-299-9647 medicacom continue to bother me regarding returned equipment. I have sent emails to your "Supervisor Email address," but there has been no response. Respond to my emails; I've called and can't get this issue resolved! It's beyond harassment; I canceled the service, and you sent me a shipping label to return all the equipment, which I did. All of the modem, the cable, and it was sent and accepted by Mediacom. Now you're claiming "you all are lacking a white extender"; there isn't a white extender, and this is unacceptable. The home is under 800 square feet; why would I ever request an extender for such a small house? I AM CANCELLING BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY CONTINUALLY INCREASED MY CHARGES. There was never an white little box extender only the modern and cable. !!all equipment is returned already. AND MY BILL BECAME SO HIGH AND HALF OF THE TIME WE DIDN'T HAVE SERVICE!! The internet was constantly down, so I decided to cancel my service. I receive calls from MediaCom, and THIS IS HARASSMENT. I HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THE EQUIPMENT WAS RETURNED, AND I NEED A RETURN CALL IMMEDIATELY!!! You all do not respond to my emails. I can't reach anyone!!! This is my last attempt to have evidence that I tried to contact Mediacom to resolve this!!!! It's harassment, terrible customer service, and I will take action. With a harassment lawsuit if this issue is not addressed. I possess evidence, so check your emails!!!     Finally got rid of mediacom and couldn't be happier. Over the last 5 years, we have had the most…read moreunreliable internet connection ever. Mediacom came out to service it at least a dozen times, never with any improvement. We had constant service interruptions, usually for about 5 min, but sometimes an entire day. Not once were we credited or given any kind of discount. Instead, they raised our rates every single year till we were paying about $100 a month which is twice as much as other providers out of town. So far I can highly recommend RACE and Starlink. Both have been infinitely better than mediacom.

    This review is a mixed bag of wonderful and ??????…read more I have an old Kindle, that was a special gift, and would no longer charge. I took it to uBreakIFix and Jose repaired it. The good: He did ask for a deposit and the total cost was very reasonable. His attitude was friendly and professional The front area was clean and neat. The negatives had nothing to do with the quality of work. The ???: The Kindle was returned wrapped in plastic wrap and handed to me. I had to take it home, and charge it to see if it was repaired. (My bad, I should have asked to see if it worked). Jose wore his hat backwards. Guess he was having a bad hair day. When we walked in, the shop was completely empty with an eerie voice from the back saying, thank you I'll be right with you.
