Not a good start to.my Saturday…read more I have just started using Asda rewards, & not too sure how to use it. Visited Handsworth Sheffield, the lady on the self check outs was so rude, & spoiled my day. 3 times she said " I haven't got time to show you. Go to groceries, which I couldn't see. I felt embarrassed & patronised. I then told a Manager, & the the reply was, " she can be a bit abrupt sometimes" no apology. Many people are put off by the price, but you get what you pay for, and if you can afford it then it really is worth paying the extra. They price match Tesco on a wide range of items, and they also sell a selection of John Lewis home furnishing items. They do a reserve and collect service which is separate to the Ocado home delivery service - look at their website. This particular branch is nice, clean, spacious and friendly. It's well located just off the northern side of the outer ring road, just off the A46. It has a petrol station but it can be dearer than others in the area, and there is rarely any problem parking. It's…read morealways very busy, and sometimes it's a trial to simply get from car to store safely, dodging traffic and trollies. It's one of Tesco's smaller stores, so you won't find a clothes section, and some of the ranges are limited. There is, however, a handy pharmacy inside, which is open 8am-8pm most days. One thing I particularly like about this store is that it carries several ranges of international foods, to cater for the local population. There is, for example, a Polish section and a Chinese/Thai/Japanese section - so it's a good place to pick up some more unusual foods that you may not otherwise try. The prices of these foods are pretty good too. Despite the smallness of the store and its busy nature, we usually get through the checkouts fairly quickly, which is always a bonus! Overall then, a good choice for a quick and fairly hassle-free shop.

The offerings range from items found between a Bret and a local pub. I chose the ham and cheese panini with a Coke Zero. My fellow diners chose the fish and chips and other items. As you can see from the picture, the panini appears substantial, however, inside there was only a single slice of cheese and ham. It was a pre-packaged item warmed up in a panini press. I should have known better. The store is quite substantial, so you should find everything you need in one place. All the staff I encountered were first rate and very helpful.

Replaced by steel racks containing items in cardboard boxes, which you can't really see into. There are lables on the shelves, but it is hard to view the actual food to know what you are getting. I had a good look but couldn't find any chicken legs or thighs. Also the problem of bare shelves. This is a big store, but there was no Morrisons own brand Wholewheat Muesli, no own brand Fruit & Fibre Flakes. And the fish counter had a £3.75 each or 3 for £10 on the twin packs of cod / haddock in breadrumbs / batter, but they only had 1 packet of cod in batter and 1 packet of haddock in batter, and nothing at all in breadcrumbs, so the 3 for £10 offer was unavailable, and the haddock had a use-by date of 3 Jan, i.e. the next day! I have an unspent £5 voucher from my More Card, but once I have spent it I will not be shopping at Morrisons again. It is a 3-mile drive south for me, and the same distance north is the Fox Valley retail park, which has proper butchers, bakers, hot food shops, etc, and Stocksbridge Co-op maybe expensive but always has its own-brand breakfast cereals in stock.

Didn't call security, didn't call the police, just plainly accused her. She's been having panic attacks ever since. That was 2 weeks ago. After 4 different versions of events from them over the last week, which we have proved to be lies, he tried to justify their actions saying they can accuse on suspicion without evidence, and she had the biggest panic attack we've ever seen, and he was so fucking blasé about it. Because of her disabilities, she wasn't confident to go out in public until a couple of years ago, now she won't go out alone again because of this. She's also now back in therapy because of it. Absolutely fucking raging and I won't rest until his career goes now for this!!!!!!!!!

What has happened to this store recently? We've always loved coming to this Tesco but of late it's…read moredropped it's standards. We visited yesterday and we couldn't get to the cafe with our pushchair because the lifts were both playing up and when we asked cafe staff they said they'd had a fire drill in the morning which had interrupted the lift service but noone had reset them. Why was this overlooked? Multiple staff were seen passing the lifts which were noisly telling customers they weren't working. I felt sorry for the wheelchair users. And then mid-Saturday on a busy afternoon there were many crates blocking aisles causing chaos and queues. I politely waited with our pushchair for 2 staff members to get by with their crates and they gave no thank you at all. The staff are becoming so rude (excluding cafe staff, they are lovely and caring). A couple of years ago you would always see a slim build younger male manager on the shop floor overseeing everything regularly checking on staff and he had a good presence in the store. We go a lot and I have no clue who the manager's are now, their presence is not felt on the shop floor. And whoever is managing F&F has made a silly decision to squash baby boys clothing at the back, multiple items to a rail like TKmax. I used to like being tempted walking up the aisle by nicely set out items on the aisle for my son and nephew but not now. I order most things from Next now. It's a jumble sale in there. Bad decision for profit when babies are big selling points for sales. Let's hope this store gets it back together soon.
