Instead of cremains at their Kent location where we started, I was told to go get them myself in Green, an hour and a half trip, or pay $100 to pick them up in Kent, and they had no intention of helping with any of that. Getting them in Green is a big problem because you have to make an appointment for only when it suits them, just between 9 and 3 which is bad enough for people who have a job but their availability to meet you is so limited it makes date and time choices way too restrictive.

I cannot think of any other business where competent service, flexibility, availability, and…read morecompassion are more important than for a funeral home. My family has always used Ferfolia Funeral Home for several important reasons: 1. Their staff are the most professional, caring, and down to earth people. They are prepared, organized, and wiling to accommodate to the needs of the family. 2. The funeral home itself is spacious, nicely decorated, and offers facilities to hold large groups for snacks, and meals, if needed 3. Their ability to coordinate the various "moving parts" is exceptional. They are able to communicate with churches, cemeteries and various family members with ease. 4. When working with the staff, you really get the feeling of "being taken care of."

She had everything down to the finest detail. There was not a ton of makeup on my husband, that you have seen at other funerals, but he looked so natural and peaceful. Value wise, it was very affordable - not that I have ever checked funeral homes to see how much things cost. I am so glad that I chose them. They are top notch. Thank you so much for making a sad situation into such a beautiful, easy and thoughtful funeral for my husband. I give them a huge thumbs up.
