Hospice at Cleveland Clinic referred us to Malloy as a reasonable provider of cremation services. I contacted Aaron on Monday and he was very reassuring and straightforward on the phone. We met with Catherine on Tuesday to sign the necessary documents. She walked us through the paperwork and carefully explained everything to us at a time when it was hard for us to think clearly. Immediately they were on their way to the hospital to collect our loved one. Payment was necessary before any services could be performed, and their prices were so reasonable compared to our local provider - $500 less! When a situation like this takes you by surprise and you have limited resources, that is a huge relief! At no time did we feel pressured to purchase more than we wanted. By Friday we were able to collect his cremains and the death certificate arrived shortly thereafter. Having this taken care of in such a timely manner was such a comfort to us and allowed us a degree of acceptance and completion on this difficult journey. From the first point of contact I felt they truly cared about what was important to our family - that our loved one was taken care of respectfully and we were reassured at every turn. Don't let their humble accommodations and low prices fool you, these are quality people who provide a terrific service to families at a vulnerable time.

The place itself is a decent size, it held lots of family and friends without a problem. They have a space in the front for food and beverages. They also have a space down in the basement for children or to hold more people if needed. The bathrooms were clean and well kept. All of the workers at Craciun were super sweet and very helpful. That made this very hard time a little easier for all of us and I just wanted to say a big thank you to them for all that you do. We really appreciate the smoothness of the funeral and all it entailed. I would recommend if anyone is in need of their services, without hesitation to give them a call.

I would never recommend this funeral to anyone, they broke my heart in many ways, I couldn't bury…read moremy mother, she passed away January 17th 2018,she was 72 years old, I went to them because of the ratings and reviews and because she lived right around the corner she loved going to St. Rocco's festival, not knowing how cruel these men are and disrespectful they are, when I went to do the arrangements, it was hard enough being there, I tried my best to come up with another $4,138.00, but I couldn't, we have no family and my mother only has my brother and myself, they wanted the money by Sunday January 21,so I decided on cremation, My mother was paying a life insurance for over 26 years not knowing that all she got was 2,000 dollars from it, so just imagine how we we're treated, of course they wanted the 2,000 and more for a cremation, but that money doesn't mean anything to me, what matters is what happen after that, Monday she was cremated, Wednesday was a Mass, which by the way was a joke, He tells me to be there by 5:30pm, So we went the church was locked, I'm looking across the street thinking it might be there I saw people in the funeral home, but it can't be Mass should be in church, minutes after, I see A. Ripepi crossing the street with my mothers urn, nothing in the church was ready for my mother, for when we got there, I paid for flowers and they had none for my mother, they used the other persons flowers, the cards were wrong and he did not fix anything on the website, so other people showed up in Middleburg Heights. I feel that I was discriminated, because I couldn't pay for an expensive funeral.
