The part I don't care for, and it's no fault of this place or of anyone at all, is a service at holiday times. It sucks for the family. This place does its best to make a calming experience for a family and visitors during a difficult and painful time. The colors are muted, the lighting is soft. Those arriving via the front door will be greeted by someone giving direction to the appropriate spot. There is a smaller room off to the side that on this visit had coffee and cookies for those who wanted to mingle before or after the receiving line. There's a step down into the main viewing area, but there is a wheelchair accessible ramp. I can't speak anything about the funeral director(s) or how they are in interactions with the bereaved, but they oversee and provide a place with a nice affect reflecting the (sad) purpose of its business.

How difficult is it to see that the mausoleums are kept clean and cobweb free. When you go and say something to management, they act like it is no big deal. I do not recommend Holly Cross cemetery.

The driver said that everybody wants to be back at the funeral home by 1:15 PM. Instead of 1:15 PM, the driver decided to takeoff at 1 PM. This left several people out in the cold as they would not be able to follow him. I don't feel that the staff worked at their best I felt compassion was lacking, and it seemed to me that it wasn't that important to them. I would never recommend this funeral parlor to anybody!
