Darren and the Cleveland Cremation Team were phenomenal. We were seeking services for a family that had passed and were originally dealing with a terrible (un-named) company. Then by chance I calmed Cleveland Cremation and they immediately put me at ease. In a few minutes I went from worried and upset to at-ease and knowing that my loved one would be in good hands and that me and family had nothing to worry about. Additionally, we are located in another state and they took care make everything was handled quickly and professionally. Then made sure that my family members remains were shipped quickly and the utmost of care. The temporary, personal urns, as well as the needed death certificates were all received as promised. The communication and condolences did not stop thereafter but was extended to make sure that me and my family did not have any questions. This was the second time our family chose Cleveland Cremation. Our mom passed away in 2017 and they were so compassionate and kind, but this particular review is for the second time we called them. Our dad passed away on August 24th, 2019 and once again we thought of Cleveland Cremation. We were so glad that we did! The funeral director, Darrin, went above and beyond for us. Due to certain circumstances Darrin drove to our dad's physician for signatures, made the various calls to social security and did it all with compassion and kindness. I think the most wonderful part of this was the day I picked up our dad's ashes. Of course, that is an emotional event on its own, but Darrin's certified therapy dog, Darcy, was there to greet me.
