Let us use a room to change in and gave us directions to the church. If I lived in town here I would for sure use them for my funeral needs.

I would never have expected to be treated so badly by the staff or management. The doorman was a very large man who glared at several people attending the services with his arms crossed as if he were a bouncer at a nightclub. The wife of one of my friends needed to change the diaper of her son but the changing table in the restroom was too flimsy so she asked if there was a private room to change her child. The doorman, or bouncer, yelled at her and said "absolutely not, that's what bathrooms are for!" She was stunned and just walked away. Towards the end of the service this man shouted several times at me and other people because our kids, being naturally restless and just being kids, made him uncomfortable. I literally felt like he was on the verge of becoming violent and the rage in his eyes was frightening. I literally had to step in between him and another parent because I was afraid they were going to fight. Who acts this way towards funeral attendants? This man should be fired! Even the manager was incapable of handling the situation appropriately. They really should not be interacting with people or representing the business. The next day I called and spoke with the owner ( I think). He was at least open to listening and seemed to take seriously the complaints I presented. One thing is for certain though, I could never recommend Waite & Son Funeral Home as long as they have employees of such low class. I'm sure there are some great people that work there, but the two previously mentioned are horrible representatives.

But when the unthinkable happened my husband quickly reached out to Lou. He told me not to look anywhere else he is someone you can trust. When the moment came all of the details were taken care of and highly organized. Then came the moment where we had to sit with him and discuss next steps. I had no clue but he patiently guided us and made sure every thing was carefully thought of with no rush. His employees were EXCELLENT! From choosing the casket, getting the right image and verbiage for the obituary. Making sure that they had a few pictures of her so that they could apply right makeup and hair style, it was amazing. I'm glad that they had our back. The day of the viewing, the father who led prayers and last rights all amazing. The procession to the cemetery all so beautiful. Lou our family is forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Excellent value for the casket we chose and everything else. Just sit with him and have a chat, I'm sure he can work with different fair budgets.
