The young lady at the register was very nice and sweet! Since it was our first time, she gave us some suggestions. We ordered the mochi pancakes and avocado toast. The pancakes were huge and fluffy! I would give them a 7/10. I give that because there's another place in town that has my favorite mochi pancakes. lol But the avocado toast? Bomb!! So we traveled there from another island and couldn't wait to come play and visit. We had planned to go Tuesday but they weren't open so we had to 1- pay extra to change our tickets and 2- pay extra to change our rental car. To make this all happen. So we REALLY wanted to go!! We went with the basic entry and then my child wanted to do the surf rider and they wouldn't add it on for almost two more hours by then we were leaving. Our youngest only was allowed on the splash pad it was dark gloomy and nothing for her to do- I would STRONGLY recommend them update this for fun for little kids. Every time we got in the water we were all gagging and the water stank so bad. Half of us ended up with an eye infection or something/ maybe coincidence maybe not. Over all the obstacle course was challenging way more challenging than I thought it would be, which is a good thing if you're up for an adventure. The large, big gray slide was the best. read more

My son decided he wanted to go here for his birthday with cousins and family. We did the obstacle courses! Calling was extremely helpful, they were so accommodating to our party and all my questions, and helped secure best pricing with Kama'aina and monthly membership discounts. Much cheaper than I expected and (and unexpected for the value!) Most of the kids were 7+ so they were able to enjoy the larger course..we also got a water-front cabana which was so worth it to just be able to sit in the shade for water or food and sunscreen. Tons of parking and easy to get down to the check-in area (make sure you fill out your waiver ahead of time--this saved us!) They also have large screens there to fill out in case any of your party didn't do beforehand. The course opened promptly at 10, and everyone can line up to get life jackets a bit beforehand. After getting your lifejacket, (all different sizes even for little ones!) there's another brief check-in, a video and someone explains the rules of the obstacle course. Then it's freedom! Even just running (or walking) on the course you will probably fall on the course or into the water--so leave valuables in a rentable locker or somewhere safe. A lifeguard said a lot of people lose phones, glasses etc. We had a few younger kiddos who had to stay on the 4-6yr course..which I was nervous would make them jealous they couldn't get on the bigger one but it was just enough for them. (If anything, I'd add some more longer running areas for the little guys too) but because it was attached to the bigger course, you could easily spot your kiddos (and adults) doing the bigger course while still being able to watch the little guys. Our 10 year old kiddos did not need an adult supervision, but anyone under 10, an adult is required on the course for every 4 children . The younger course requires an adult for each child. They will offer you a discount for an adult ticket if you are only going to be on smaller course. While on the bigger course, there was an injury (someone hurt their shoulder jumping off a high apparatus). As soon as it was a problem, the lifeguards were QUICK! They blew whistles and had everyone sit quietly on the course (they did this in record time!) Another lifeguard came up in a boat to grab the injured person, we all clapped and it was back to fun. As a parent, really helpful to see how aware all lifeguards were and how they really looked over the areas really well. The lifeguards were all so friendly and helpful. They definitely let the kids play as they should, but were quick to blow the whistle to any kids going out of bounds or in an area they shouldn't be. We finished our reservation block (10am-1pm) and it was the perfect amount for the ages we had...we got delicious popsicles from the bar area and all in all had an epic day, and he said it was the best birthday ever We will be back again soon, thank you so much for such a fun day Wai Kai! read more

Something different but super cool place! We enjoyed our time here today. We came for Happy hour which is between 4-6 pm. We ordered their Mochiko chicken, Kalua pork sliders, Avocado toast, loaded tots and panipopo for dessert. I would say I liked their sliders, tots and Mochiko chicken the most. For drinks, we ordered their POG, coconut margarita and a couple beers for the hubby. Drinks were good too! When our final bill came out, we were surprised to see all of our items ordered were Half Off which was so awesome! Our bellies were satisfied and our wallets wasn't hurting so much! Lol. Nick was our server and he was great! Super friendly and helpful throughout. I loved the Ambiance so much, definitely had a different feel and vibe! They do have a live musician and an overlooking area where you can sit and watch people surf or learn to surf on the Wave pool. We enjoyed watching, very entertaining! Came here on a weekday with friends and it was a perfect day to be out in the sun! As you walk across the parking lot to the restaurant, the beach walk cafe is down the stairs. The view is amazing! There is a man-made lagoon right next to the outdoor seating area. It was windy on this day so we decided to eat inside. The employees are friendly and have that "aloha spirit" attitude. Now onto the food. We couldn't decide so we ordered the banh mi and the burger and shared it. The banh mi was so yummy! It is made with rotisserie chicken and stuffed with fresh veggies. The burger was a bit over cooked and wasn't anything special. However, it came with a spicy mayo sauce which we got on the side. Let's just say that I could drink that sauce! I wish I had asked for more since I had some fries left after it was gone. After lunch we took a tour of the area. The wave pool was awesome to see. The bar upstairs was upscale and had a beautiful view of the lagoon and ocean. We were told that there is live music daily and it's a club on the weekends. It doesn't make sense to live in HI and we have a man-made wave pool. Wasn't that made fun of in the 80s movie North Shore? And yet, I enjoyed being a spectator and feel relaxed. Being there feels like a whole other world, like I was in Florida. My sister and I got to Wai Kai at 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. Plenty of free parking is available and a few EV stations. As you step foot the "park" area, the Lineup, the wave pool, is right up front. There's plenty of seating around the wave pool to be a spectator. You can order food and drinks while watching. And the main bathroom in this area has many stalls and very clean. Upstairs, overlooking the Lineup, is the Lookout restaurant. Not very busy at the time we went so we were sat down right away and against the glass railing to enjoy the wave riders and the lake. Yup, there's a lake for the water toys they have available, for a fee of course. Before I forget, live music is from 4 - 6 pm. So listening to the waves + local music = a great way to wind down for the weekend. The restaurant initially looks small. But the kitchen is in the middle and there's a second part of the restaurant on the other side. So the restaurant is actually narrow looking but wide. Each side has a bar of its own. Our server Nick was great. We started off with drinks. Unfortunately, the Lookout doesn't serve blended drinks but blended drinks are available at the bar downstairs from where we were at. So I ordered a virgin coconut mojito which was really refreshing. My sister ordered the lilikoi margarita which she regretted later as she forgot that lilikoi can be sour and yet she finished her drink. For dinner, I ordered the fish tacos which I thought was really good. My sister ordered the mochiko chicken. Also delicious. However, the chicken doesn't come with sides so she ordered white rice and Mac salad, which was just ok, and we had to get the tater tots. While waiting for our meal, I remembered that there are membership fees. And since my brother-in-law is a surfer and SUPs when there's no surf in the west side or Ewa area, I thought my sister could get him a membership. So I looked it up online and found a package that would fit his love for surf and other Water activities which is $150/month. So during the slow season for his work, this could work for him when school is back in session. It sounds like a great gift idea if your home is already filled with all the water toys for your water adventurer. Also, while we were waiting for our meal and watching the surfers, we learned that a group of up to 10 people get up to 45-mins to surf. As I timed it, it took less than 5-minutes for each round. So each person gets at least 9 times to catch a wave. And us spectators, we aaahed when someone wiped out right away and we were happy to see that person improve each time they got in. These wave riders get their own cheering section. And the kids are so good! It was especially amazing to see the little girls rip. I don't even know these kids and I was so proud of them. Honestly, all the onlookers were proud of them. We visited the store called Sessions. It is here where we learned from the salesperson that there are 3 restaurants on the grounds, one lakeside which is only open for breakfast and lunch called the Boardwalk, and the fine dining restaurant next door to the store along with the Lookout being the third restaurant. The lake itself is large and has at least 6 floating cabanas. Great for the summer to come. I look forward to seeing peoples reviews regarding this amenity. I haven't a need but I have it in the back of my mind that this is an option if my family needs an idea or venue for a family event and usually that means a wedding. It's on their website if you're looking for an event venue. There's a whole other section of Wai Kai that hasn't been developed yet. For me, the existing facility is already world-class so I look forward to seeing what's available when it's all done. Yup, I used world-class making this a 5-star experience. read more

Scott G. and I decided to check out Wai Kai. We thought wed find it easily without directions...little did we know that it wasnt where we thought it was lol. Finally we went into the Hoakalei area and found the Wai Kai signage. Next time, we should GPS haha. Walking into Wai Kai, we were greeted by Valerie who is one of the staff. Wai Kai is fortunate to have her as one of their employees! She gave us a tour of the marina - where you can rent floating platforms, paddle boats, SUPs, and more. We also saw the boardwalk where dogs with leashes are invited to come with their parent. There is the Nalo Kai Club in which kamaāina pay around $500/monthly for a family of four. It includes a posh lounge, bathroom with lockers and showers, unlimited time on the floating platforms, four surfing passes for the Line Up (the wave pool) and more. Around Wai Kai, there are several restaurants, a gift shop and a cocktail bar where you can watch the surfers catch ready made waves. It was pretty cool to see the pro surfers doing all kinds of tricks and also newbies learning how to maneuver their board. Overall, I am happy that we felt welcomed here. Definitely will come back one day to try out their restaurants. read more

We wanted to check out the new "wave pool" in Ewa Beach that everyone's been talking about, so one Saturday afternoon, we did just that! We pulled up to Wai Kai and it was like being in another state. I literally felt like I was in Florida. I'm not sure if that is a good thing or not. To be specific, the facility and amenities are brand-spanking new. They are situated along a pristine, manmade lagoon, and you can dine and shop at a few of their food concepts on-site. We did notice it was pretty ADA-friendly, as we were pushing my son around in his stroller. The elevator for the restaurant overlooking the wave pool, the Lookout, was hard to find. Also, the wheelchair access to the lagoon toy rental area was a bit of a walk in the hot sun, and once we got down to the gate, it was locked. Bummer. To get the story, we went to the gift shop to talk to a representative who gave us an overview of the place and sold us a $1 membership for the year. The membership gives us 10 percent off in the gift shop, and a kamaaina water toy rental rate of $40 for 4 hours - not too bad! If we wanted to rent a kayak for an hour, say, we'd still have to pay $40, so it pays to come for a few hours to enjoy. I hope to come back for the rentals - they have kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, and even an outrigger canoe! They had these cool floating cabanas you can tie your kayak up to and take a break, too. We ate lunch at the Lookout. The hostess wasn't exactly friendly and not knowledgeable either. We noticed they were grilling hamburgers and hot dogs downstairs for Memorial Day Weekend. When we asked if we could order that in the restaurant, the hostess said no, but our server said yes. Sigh. We couldn't get a table close enough to the wave to watch it the whole time, but if we stood up we could see surfers taking on the wave. Pretty cool! Lunch was yummy overall and fairly priced, if not a little expensive. I know there is another higher-end option on site as well, and there's a brunch and coffee concept, too. Overall, it's a neat place to check out, but definitely feels more mainlandy than anything. Hopefully it does well. read more

Looking for a fun work out for the family? We had a blast enjoying the different activities at Wai Kai. Located in the heart of Ewa Beach's well established neighborhood Ocean Point/Hoakalei. You will pass the famous Ernie Els golf course and feel like you entered modern Hawaii. There is a wave pool that newbies and pros can utilize to enhance their surf game. I like watching the surf from the line up which is a casual setting bar restaurant that's also a good place to watch any sports. The downstairs area has a more upscale hip dining called Kitchen Door. Situated overlooking the lagoon with Amazing sunset views. Back to the workout...besides the surf. I enjoy the stand up paddle and kayak. I paddle out to 1 of the 3 floating cabanas get a tan and switch out to the duck pedal boat. There are night events such as concerts. We like to bring our dog to the farmers market on Thursdays. Overall, this is a nice place, but I'm just reviewing on the obstacle course area. It can get pretty crazy. We had to watch a safety video and while I was out there with my family, I saw a lot of people disregarding safety rules. My son got pushed off by a lot of older kids. A group of kids kept running around and still managed to tackle me off when I stepped aside to give them room. I felt that the lifeguards were not doing enough to enforce the rules. It actually was really fun, but it didn't feel safe at all. read more

We signed up to do the Aqua Adventure before school starts. The reason this is not 5 stars is because of the website and information. It was difficult for us as first time visitors to Wai Kai to understand what's there, what to expect, what to bring, etc. Things like where to sit while kids are on the adventure would be nice to have on the website. Like...you have to pay to sit in the sand area, there's a free area to sit if you get there early (4 tables), or buy food and sit in the restaurant table area. They should also include that there will be breaks where everyone has to exit and the times that this will occur. Also, the staff can be a little more friendly being that this is visited by both locals and tourists. You want the locals to keep coming back and the tourists to say good things about the place so you should provide good customer service. Now the good stuff. It was fun! The kids and adults enjoyed it. Running around, jumping off the sides, climbing up and sliding down, etc. There's areas to pull yourself back up to the platform with a step to make it easy to get up. The facilities are very clean. Food was pretty good...not the cheapest but good for being at a tourist stop. read more

Visited Wai Kai with my aunt and decided to have breakfast at Kitchen Door. It was my first time on the property, and I must say, the beautiful views and modern ambiance make it a fantastic place to explore, dine, and try out new activities. While the Kitchen Door breakfast menu was straightforward, the food was enjoyable, and our server provided good service. The place, with its stunning views, was surprisingly empty, which made it even more enjoyable, especially with my two toddlers. As a local, I found the prices for activities a bit on the higher side. It would be great to see more affordable options. Adding an obstacle float island in the lagoon could be a fantastic family attraction and enhance the overall experience. We went on a Monday for dinner and pleasantly surprised that Tahiti Mana was doing their preview show and needless to say, it was SPECTACULAR! As for the food - it was just ok. It was your touristy American but Hawaii kind of inspired menu. Our table ordered the ribeye, kalua pig, loco moco, short rib, pizza, and kale salad. Would I go there just for the food? No. Would I go there for the entertainment and facilities? Yes. I hope Wai Kai in the long run will be able to remain in business since they've spent alot of money into it but I can only see the hype for so long. Went to see what the hype is about. At 930am Sunday it was kinda of deserted, so we walked around to sightsee. Then we saw a few people eating at the boardwalk area by the water. We weren't hungry or thirsty so we didn't try anything, but took notes on their menus. Beers $10! Sorry to say, the Lagoon were you are supposed to do your water sports smells like rotten eggs. I can't see myself ever going in that water. There is no sand beach either and you can't byo gear and just use the Lagoon. It's all designed to funnel you towards payment. The artificial wave pool looked cool, but I'd never pay to do it. Unless you're surfing, there is nowhere for anyone else in your group to swim or get wet. It's not a water park. We will come back to try the other restaurants and perhaps the poolside bar at sunset some time. However I will keep an eye on the reviews first. read more

Went for a ride to Wai Kai on Monday as my daughter had a job interview at The Lookout. This place is beautiful and very spacious. At first glance, it looks only 1 note, but as you venture further in, there is so much more. As you drive in, the first thing you notice is all the open space. I was told they hold an open market with food trucks once a week in the gravel lot on the left. The parking is also spacious. As you walk towards Wai Kai, you see The Lookout, which is the primary restaurant. There's also a lot of outside seating all over the place, and there's also 2 big lawn areas. One of which is set up for games like corn hole and puzzles. When you pass The Lookout, there is a smaller cafe/bar more seating on the right (under The Lookout) and then the wave pool. The pool is large and, depending on the day of the week, is set up for different types of surfing or bodyboarding. Past the pool is Sessions where you purchase what activities you want to do and Wai Kai merchandise. Next to Sessions is another restaurant called Kitchen Door. I was told they have 2 chefs with Michelin Stars. They were closed so was unable to taste the food but was told it was very good with reasonable prices... Guess we'll have to come back and try them. Behind Kitchen Door on the lagoon side is their cafe. The cafe opens early for breakfast and is open through dinner. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of any menus. The lagoon is calm and, as it was a sunny day, looked so inviting. They have cabanas, loungers, big rafts, paddle boats that look like ducks, SUP, & kayaks... that can be rented. The lagoon is brackish water with fresh water from a stream and filtered salt water coming through the coral barrier. It is also protected due to a species of Limu only found in this area. We saw fish in the water, so I asked if fishing was allowed and was told not yet. We did have lunch at the cafe next to the wave pool. We had the Kalua Pig Nachos & the Big Mo pizza. The nachos were sooo good and came with the guacamole and 2 different types of crema. Gotta eat it fast, though. The chips on the bottom were really soggy. The pizza was good. Thin crust with light sauce and light cheese topped with pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms. We skipped the alcohol and just had water. Overall, it was a great place , but the location is underutilized. We were there around 0930 am. However, nothing opens until 1100 am. If I wanted to utilize the Lagoon, I would want to go earlier than 1100 am. This also includes the wave pool and cafe. This could be because the restaurant is open until 9 or 10 pm, and the wave pool is open until 9 pm. Staffing could also be another factor. The Beachwalk cafe by Kitchen Door is the only thing open early. They could open early on weekends, I'm not sure. Nothing was open to see pricing or times. Also, I found out that they are trying to lure the tourists out, but this place should really try to get the locals down there. Make a Kama'aina' pricing and run local specials during the summer or holidays. I personally thought that this would be a great place for an adult birthday party. read more

We love going to Wai Kai and frequently visit for activities, but the presence of Fire Ants is literally everywhere down there. You certainly can't sit on the ground, and even the stones and benches are covered with them. We've been bitten in the ankles, feet, and calves just from standing in one place too long and you can forget about taking your pet there, as you risk having them get bitten in the face or eyes just by sniffing around. So shame! The infestations seem to cover their entire campus. read more

This place is built for the tourist. While it provides jobs for locals, they do not want it to be a place for locals to come. The opening day price for the wave pool was $140 per person per hour. That price is not welcoming for local families. Food is about $12 plus per plate which is average price. The service was great. The Lagoon they have is another money grab. There is beach with nicer water to down the road to surf and paddle board for free. The wave pool area and Lagoon could have been designed with more Hawaii culture in mind not just have a Hawaii name. I really don't like giving bad reviews. But after giving it much thought, here we go. We encountered an employee who was not too inviting. Never got a chance to get a table or enjoy the facilities. First impressions mean a lot. I asked why the wave machine wasn't running. Answer in a sarcastic tone "Because it's not running". This was just the beginning. I was involved with customer service for almost my entire career. We took classes on everything, including proper phone etiquette. No, didn't like the attitude, no Aloha. Open to the public. You don't have to participate in the water sports to enjoy the amenities here. My family and I simply came to check the place out and have lunch and it was so nice. People thought I was somewhere in the mainland when I posted it over my social media haha. Definitely enjoyed the ambiance. There's even a cute shop downstairs to browse through variety of clothes, swimwear, and more. It's worth the drive if you're on the west side. I'd definitely want to try this place out at night. We came here on a saturday afternoon 1 week after they opened and it wasnt very busy..Located in the booneys deep in Ewa. Looks like they plan to develop the area I think they already had some market and plan on a resort who knows. The entrance looks kind of like a resort.. If you are using your phone for directions it will direct you pass the entrance so regardless of what your phone is telling you the entrance is the first driveway with the Wai kai sign. The layout is a two story building which is an upstairs downstairs restaurant and the backside is a bar connected to the retaurant and is where the wave pool is located. The wave pool kind of looked like surfing on a dam but was still super cool..There are tables and chairs to sit around the wave pool to watch. When we went we were allowed in but there are gates (they serve alcohol within the area) so not sure if they would've allowed us in if they were busy. I heard it was $75 intro price per hour but I dont know.. They also had a huge lagoon area with rental paddle boards and kayaks. Alot of rental workers standing around because they did not have one person in the lagoon (I believe it cost like $35 to use) and a really lame lounging area on sand but there is no beach. (looks like a sand box with loungers definetely not appealing) I dont know why anybody would want to even use the lagoon (nasty dredged up sediment and stagnant water ewwww) considering this is hawaii and you can go to a beautiful cleaner actual beach for free. The two story restaurant looked decent enough with a surprisingly affordable price. There was also a bar lounge over looking the nasty lagoon and an oddly placed retail store next to it. My initial impression was how will this place sustain itself... and another thought I can see this place on youtube on that program "mysterys of the abandoned"... My family has spent thousands of dollars at this establishment. We ran back to our house which is 3 blocks away and left our car charging. And these jerks had our car hooked up to a tow truck when we came back to their establishment less than a hour later. We will NEVER go to Wai Kai again. We did break the rules but there should be some sort of Aloha for people that live in the neighborhood and spend tons of money at your establishment. By the way, your food is horrible. Gotta check out this new happening place in Ewa Beach. Although they're known for their wave pool, there's so much more to enjoy there. They have a Lagoon in the back where you can use various fun flotation devices(paddleboards, surfskis, etc....). They also have covered floating platforms that you can hang out on in the Lagoon. They have a coffee shop called Foam, a bar next to the wave pool called the Wave Bar, a restaurant overlooking the entire complex called The Lookout, and also a semi fine dining restaurant called Plaza Grill. They're going to be having special events on the lawn(ex. Beer fest). You can even rent out the various lawn areas and boardwalk for parties. Their staff was very friendly. We were walking past Valerie, and she started talking to us, and it became a private tour of the facility. Thank you, Valerie. Don't worry about parking, there's plenty. I'm hoping to see them start some happy hour/local specials so that we can go releax and enjoy the facilities. They also have a lounge with shower/locker facilities called the Nalo Kai Club. My husband and I took our kids to Wai Kai's grand opening day last weekend and we had so much fun as a family! I'm so excited to have a surf and water sports park right here in West Oahu's Hoakalei neighborhood, and more dining & entertainment options. A few highlights of Wai Kai: - The Lineup, main building hosts the surf wave pool, The Lookout restaurant / bar / event venue upstairs with views, and a bar with ample seating downstairs. One of the highlights of Wai Kai - you can sit here for hours dining, drinking, and just watching the surfers with your family and friends. - 2 dining concepts by Michelin-awarded chef Todd Humphries Kitchen Door The Grill perfect for sit down meals and dinners. There's also The Foam, a grab and go coffee bar downstairs overlooking the Wai Kai lagoon. - A clothing boutique that sells beach chic styles and accessories -The other main attraction: Wai Kai water sports lagoon that boasts standup paddle boards, kayaks, all sorts of paddle boats, and even rent-a-floating-party docks where you can host parties and gatherings on the water. The kids had a blast at Wai Kai. Not so much for my toddlers. They couldn't go in the water because of the age restrictions. I wish the sand area went all the way down to the water so they could at least put their feet in the water. The food was mediocre. Overpriced for what they provide. The manager was pretty much lost when the busy time happened. My daughter waited too long for her poke bowl when others who ordered after her got their order. Overall, it was an ok experience. Came back here 7 months later, it's a lot busier now with the word quickly spreading of Wai Kai. They have a new hydro obstacle course that is a permanent attraction to their lagoon, we ate lunch at Kitchen Bar, which I was sad to hear is closing on June 16, 2024, they have the best mochi pancakes I've tried. After having lunch we headed down to the lagoon with the intention to paddle boat across the water, to my shock, they sell out of tickets to go into the water?!? The lagoon wasn't even full... I didn't realize they sell out of tickets for the entire day. That's something new to me, last time I came there was a time limit for everyone to be in the water (4hours per person) but I noticed this time around that they have all day tickets for purchase which wasn't available before, ugh, probably makes more sense to go to the nearby waterpark for the same price with more attractions and no worries about tickets selling out, just my opinion. Lesson learned, reserve your tickets before coming here if you want to go into the water, there wasn't that many people in the water but apparently there's a "limit". Go to the beach if you want to swim without reservations, which we did after being disappointed by this place. I'll need to reevaluate if I would return here again. read more

The Waterman's Journey at Wai Kai is a MUST SEE. Boyfriend and I went to enjoy this show per recommendation and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the team members with open arms. We were both given some wristbands and a nice cup of Kava mixed with some coconut milk and I'm not used to Kava that tastes "good" so I was pleasantly surprised at its flavor! We were then guided to the close by bar area and the fun began with the lovely bartenders who quickly whipped up two action packed Mai Tais. We stuck to it for the remainder of the night, it was just that good. About 30 minutes in, we were greeted with our pre-ordered appetizers, 2 beautifully presented Spicy Ahi on crispy wonton chips. Full of flavor and very satisfying along with our rum based drinks. Live music began during our appetizers and our host/live singer was just beautiful all around. Her voice, her messages and information from their culture during the entire show kept us connected. For our mains, sorry no photos, we enjoyed the Rib Eye and Vegetarian plates. Who knew a portobello mushroom could pack so much flavor! Rib Eye was cooked to liking and the sides were accompanying. For dessert, we also enjoyed the Panipopo which is a warmly baked sweet bread with this coconut creme sauce that had me floored. All of this with beautiful energetic dancers giving us story after story of entertainment and dance! To think of what they go through to change outfits in 30 seconds is beyond me! First time here. Everything going great until it was time for bouncy house. Ad posted 4th of July special event starting at 2:00. Nothing opened until 4:00. We waited 2.5 hours for the bounce house only to find out there were 50 people in line to pay $25 each child. No mention of this anywhere. Gonna come and try the outside water adventure. Hopefully no more disappointments. read more

I love the parking availability, market and food trucks, live music, benches, the space to play lawn games and mingle with family and friends, the views of the water from the restaurants as well as the patio and lawn, and just general ambiance. Lovely place. The restaurant foods however, are SO BAD. Every time I try to give them a chance, I am thoroughly disappointed by the cold, flavorless dishes. It's funny too, because the plating/presentations are so nice and look delicious, but taste like a robot with no soul cooked them. I wish I could rate this higher because there is so much potential here and I love the environment. I'll continue to return but I'll stick to the food trucks. read more
