Great ladies there that take good care of my pup and my groomer waited for me and they close at 3pm. I get appointments right away too!

However my Yorkie came back with half of her hair on the right side is cut in half on the front and has a small strand. That is not a major problem because eventually it grows back. The second thing is she came back with a really really bad razor burn on her bumm and her private part. Poor thing can't even sit and licks the area. I called on Tuesday as her rash was getting worse. Left a message, but never got a return phone call. I called again on Wednesday and let them know what was going on. She didn't apologize. She didn't accommodate what I paid. She didn't offer any type of anything I told her that she'll probably have to go to the vet and that it wasn't fair that I had to pay for a bill for something they did. She never offered to pay half or to pay for it never offered a credit. Nothing customer service is not up to par and the empathy of the owner, Sunny, was very cold. She had no empathy. It was my first time there I will not go back again. I canceled my future appointment so please if you're thinking of trying this place. STOP!! do not book if she would've apologized. It would've been OK no problem, but her heart is as cold as ice.

First, let me explain 4 vs 5 stars - it is pricey. Last place was $100 less. OK, so would did I…read moreswitch? Better treatment and better results. Dropping her off at the previous groomers, she'd have those sad puppy-dog eyes and a somewhat panicked behavior as I was leaving her. Not like leaving a child at kindergarten, but more like she knew she was gonna get hurt. When I'd pick her up she acted like she was making a jailbreak. She probably would have drug me out of the place if she could. That is not a joke - she would have. Last time after being home awhile, I discovered dried blood in the fur of her ears. She'd been more and more fearful with every grooming drop-off and suddenly I had evidence of why. That was what prompted me to look for another spot and the good reviews convinced me to give Groomingtails a try and we are very pleased with their treatment of our pup and their work. Here's something amazing I have to add: I don't know why but ever since her grooming, when it is rainy and I bring the pup in and I give her a quick dry with a bath towel SHE SMELLS FRESH WITH THE SCENT SHE HAD FROM LAST GROOMING! I am floored. She is about to have her next grooming and that still works weeks after her last grooming. THAT, is lasting results! And her teeth were pure-white when they were done! Now she wants to drink her coffee through a straw,... oh, wait, that's my wife that does that! Anyway, yeah, it cost more but she's treated gently and the job is done well and I don't feel like I am handing her over to be tortured! I just hope their prices don't go up anytime soon! Peace of mind, Baby!

Over the course of a five month period, we took our two rescue pups in to be groomed three times…read more While the cuts were decent enough, the customer service and treatment of our dogs were lacking. After each visit, our dogs regressed for nearly a week...refusing to eat, as well as waking multiple times a night needing reassurance that we had not abandoned them. We chalked this behavior up at first to the results of separation anxiety. However, after the third visit, it became very apparently it was the facility and the way the dogs were treated and not simply separation anxiety. During the last visit, we had been given an early drop off time so they could get started on the dogs right away to hopefully eliminate some of the time they spent there. However, their stay ended up still being nearly four hours and our female dog was badly cut under her arm pit. Accidents happen, especially when dealing with an anxious dog. However, rather than owning up to the mistake and seeking proper veterinarian care (or even calling us when it occurred), they simply slathered the wound with superglue without properly cleaning the wound and area around it first. They said the cut was a result of bad matting. However, having brushed her thoroughly before dropping her off that morning, I know for a fact there was no matting present. The wound took over a month to heal and the skin was extremely irritated from the remnants of dried glue in her hair. Needless to say, we will NOT be taking our dogs back.

Our two senior dogs were allowed to tag along with the staff inside when they didn't want to be social, and our puppy was well socialized when we came home. We were a bit concerned about her, since she had never been around dogs other than ours. The *only* negative I could say is that she had been broken of jumping up on people, and she has since lost that control - not their fault, though, we didn't tell them not to let her do it. We would not hesitate to take our dogs there again, and are strongly considering daily day care to help with extra energy buildup for the pup.

I've taken my dog here for grooming several times and the first few visits seemed perfectly fine…read morebut the last 3 there was always something. One of the visits I noticed the groomer did a sloppy job and there were many uneven areas but I figured it wasn't worth getting worked up over so I wrote it off. The next visit I asked the groomer to completely shave her but when I came back she did not shave my dog's head or tail. I figured, no big deal, I'll just let her know I wanted those shaved too and wait. I asked her to shave them and she argues that the dog looks better this way. I told her I still wanted her fully shaved and she has an attitude and says, "I guess I'll make a note in her file that you want her looking like a Weimeraner instead of what she's supposed to look like." Now this was annoying to me but I thought, maybe she's just having one of those days, whatever. This final visit is the last straw though! When my dog came back from her grooming, she had a huge bleeding gash on her cheek. My husband picked her up and didn't notice until he got home. The groomer said absolutely NOTHING to us about it and I've had no luck calling them to file a complaint. What horrible service! The LEAST you can do is inform a customer that their animal is injured. Can't believe the lack of work ethic and integrity here!
