Jay and Allison were wonderful. They did such a great job on my 4 goldendoodles. They were fast and…read moremade the process low stress for my dogs. I loved the convenience of them coming to me. Would highly recommend!

First, let me explain 4 vs 5 stars - it is pricey. Last place was $100 less. OK, so would did I…read moreswitch? Better treatment and better results. Dropping her off at the previous groomers, she'd have those sad puppy-dog eyes and a somewhat panicked behavior as I was leaving her. Not like leaving a child at kindergarten, but more like she knew she was gonna get hurt. When I'd pick her up she acted like she was making a jailbreak. She probably would have drug me out of the place if she could. That is not a joke - she would have. Last time after being home awhile, I discovered dried blood in the fur of her ears. She'd been more and more fearful with every grooming drop-off and suddenly I had evidence of why. That was what prompted me to look for another spot and the good reviews convinced me to give Groomingtails a try and we are very pleased with their treatment of our pup and their work. Here's something amazing I have to add: I don't know why but ever since her grooming, when it is rainy and I bring the pup in and I give her a quick dry with a bath towel SHE SMELLS FRESH WITH THE SCENT SHE HAD FROM LAST GROOMING! I am floored. She is about to have her next grooming and that still works weeks after her last grooming. THAT, is lasting results! And her teeth were pure-white when they were done! Now she wants to drink her coffee through a straw,... oh, wait, that's my wife that does that! Anyway, yeah, it cost more but she's treated gently and the job is done well and I don't feel like I am handing her over to be tortured! I just hope their prices don't go up anytime soon! Peace of mind, Baby!

I've taken my dog here for grooming several times and the first few visits seemed perfectly fine…read morebut the last 3 there was always something. One of the visits I noticed the groomer did a sloppy job and there were many uneven areas but I figured it wasn't worth getting worked up over so I wrote it off. The next visit I asked the groomer to completely shave her but when I came back she did not shave my dog's head or tail. I figured, no big deal, I'll just let her know I wanted those shaved too and wait. I asked her to shave them and she argues that the dog looks better this way. I told her I still wanted her fully shaved and she has an attitude and says, "I guess I'll make a note in her file that you want her looking like a Weimeraner instead of what she's supposed to look like." Now this was annoying to me but I thought, maybe she's just having one of those days, whatever. This final visit is the last straw though! When my dog came back from her grooming, she had a huge bleeding gash on her cheek. My husband picked her up and didn't notice until he got home. The groomer said absolutely NOTHING to us about it and I've had no luck calling them to file a complaint. What horrible service! The LEAST you can do is inform a customer that their animal is injured. Can't believe the lack of work ethic and integrity here!

We have boarded our dogs with Pawsitive Pals a few times and our dogs were loved and well taken…read morecare of - we had no worries at all that they would be fine. Our two senior dogs were allowed to tag along with the staff inside when they didn't want to be social, and our puppy was well socialized when we came home. We were a bit concerned about her, since she had never been around dogs other than ours. The *only* negative I could say is that she had been broken of jumping up on people, and she has since lost that control - not their fault, though, we didn't tell them not to let her do it. We would not hesitate to take our dogs there again, and are strongly considering daily day care to help with extra energy buildup for the pup.
