Do not go here. Go anywhere else in town. My poor dog came back with paws like this. The ladies…read moreworking were very rude. Please do not go here there are so many more options in town.

Over the course of a five month period, we took our two rescue pups in to be groomed three times…read more While the cuts were decent enough, the customer service and treatment of our dogs were lacking. After each visit, our dogs regressed for nearly a week...refusing to eat, as well as waking multiple times a night needing reassurance that we had not abandoned them. We chalked this behavior up at first to the results of separation anxiety. However, after the third visit, it became very apparently it was the facility and the way the dogs were treated and not simply separation anxiety. During the last visit, we had been given an early drop off time so they could get started on the dogs right away to hopefully eliminate some of the time they spent there. However, their stay ended up still being nearly four hours and our female dog was badly cut under her arm pit. Accidents happen, especially when dealing with an anxious dog. However, rather than owning up to the mistake and seeking proper veterinarian care (or even calling us when it occurred), they simply slathered the wound with superglue without properly cleaning the wound and area around it first. They said the cut was a result of bad matting. However, having brushed her thoroughly before dropping her off that morning, I know for a fact there was no matting present. The wound took over a month to heal and the skin was extremely irritated from the remnants of dried glue in her hair. Needless to say, we will NOT be taking our dogs back.

If I could give it more stars, I would. Pawsitive Pals kenneled my 3 (3!!) large dogs for a 6 month…read moredeployment. Not only did they guarantee safety and communication, but also they - made sure that I was comfortable with a payment plan that worked best for me while I was away -went out of their way to send photos and videos almost every day -organized weekly FaceTimes so I could see my pups (and even offered more times to chat when I was available) -loved my dogs as their own, making sure they suited their many quirks and difficulties -fed the dogs separate, and give treats and toys only in one on one play (which they get plenty of), in order to keep them safe from toy and food aggression -closely monitored the diet of all 3 and made sure to ask for guidance when their appetite waned or had issues with keeping it down (we have one who doesn't eat sometimes, and one who tries to eat way too much!) And so much more honestly- it has been an unimaginable relief to me and my family to have our pups in such expert care. We were so stressed to leave them- I had never kenneled 2 of them for any length of time- and they made sure to give me time and availability to do daycare and a couple overnight stays for them before I left. My dogs look happier and healthier in their care than I could have ever hoped. In love with this business!

I've taken my dog here for grooming several times and the first few visits seemed perfectly fine…read morebut the last 3 there was always something. One of the visits I noticed the groomer did a sloppy job and there were many uneven areas but I figured it wasn't worth getting worked up over so I wrote it off. The next visit I asked the groomer to completely shave her but when I came back she did not shave my dog's head or tail. I figured, no big deal, I'll just let her know I wanted those shaved too and wait. I asked her to shave them and she argues that the dog looks better this way. I told her I still wanted her fully shaved and she has an attitude and says, "I guess I'll make a note in her file that you want her looking like a Weimeraner instead of what she's supposed to look like." Now this was annoying to me but I thought, maybe she's just having one of those days, whatever. This final visit is the last straw though! When my dog came back from her grooming, she had a huge bleeding gash on her cheek. My husband picked her up and didn't notice until he got home. The groomer said absolutely NOTHING to us about it and I've had no luck calling them to file a complaint. What horrible service! The LEAST you can do is inform a customer that their animal is injured. Can't believe the lack of work ethic and integrity here!
