However my Yorkie came back with half of her hair on the right side is cut in half on the front and has a small strand. That is not a major problem because eventually it grows back. The second thing is she came back with a really really bad razor burn on her bumm and her private part. Poor thing can't even sit and licks the area. I called on Tuesday as her rash was getting worse. Left a message, but never got a return phone call. I called again on Wednesday and let them know what was going on. She didn't apologize. She didn't accommodate what I paid. She didn't offer any type of anything I told her that she'll probably have to go to the vet and that it wasn't fair that I had to pay for a bill for something they did. She never offered to pay half or to pay for it never offered a credit. Nothing customer service is not up to par and the empathy of the owner, Sunny, was very cold. She had no empathy. It was my first time there I will not go back again. I canceled my future appointment so please if you're thinking of trying this place. STOP!! do not book if she would've apologized. It would've been OK no problem, but her heart is as cold as ice.

I came to pick him up and they'd pulled all his teeth. I was shocked of course. I picked him up and brought him home with follow up instructions. Fast forward a year and he's dying a slow death from stage 4 renal failure. When I moved a couple of months ago I got all my pets records from Knights. Before he'd had dental surgery he'd had a blood panel which showed he needed to be on a kidney maintenance diet and they never bothered to tell me. Now he's dying from kidney failure which didn't need to happen like this. Poor little sweet fellow just didn't deserve this.

Not only did they guarantee safety and communication, but also they - made sure that I was comfortable with a payment plan that worked best for me while I was away -went out of their way to send photos and videos almost every day -organized weekly FaceTimes so I could see my pups (and even offered more times to chat when I was available) -loved my dogs as their own, making sure they suited their many quirks and difficulties -fed the dogs separate, and give treats and toys only in one on one play (which they get plenty of), in order to keep them safe from toy and food aggression -closely monitored the diet of all 3 and made sure to ask for guidance when their appetite waned or had issues with keeping it down (we have one who doesn't eat sometimes, and one who tries to eat way too much!) And so much more honestly- it has been an unimaginable relief to me and my family to have our pups in such expert care. We were so stressed to leave them- I had never kenneled 2 of them for any length of time- and they made sure to give me time and availability to do daycare and a couple overnight stays for them before I left. My dogs look happier and healthier in their care than I could have ever hoped. In love with this business!

One of the visits I noticed the groomer did a sloppy job and there were many uneven areas but I figured it wasn't worth getting worked up over so I wrote it off. The next visit I asked the groomer to completely shave her but when I came back she did not shave my dog's head or tail. I figured, no big deal, I'll just let her know I wanted those shaved too and wait. I asked her to shave them and she argues that the dog looks better this way. I told her I still wanted her fully shaved and she has an attitude and says, "I guess I'll make a note in her file that you want her looking like a Weimeraner instead of what she's supposed to look like." Now this was annoying to me but I thought, maybe she's just having one of those days, whatever. This final visit is the last straw though! When my dog came back from her grooming, she had a huge bleeding gash on her cheek. My husband picked her up and didn't notice until he got home. The groomer said absolutely NOTHING to us about it and I've had no luck calling them to file a complaint. What horrible service! The LEAST you can do is inform a customer that their animal is injured. Can't believe the lack of work ethic and integrity here!

After our neighborhood lost our talented groomer Kristie to the lucky people of Medford, OR, I've tried a few others unsuccessfully. Lauren is professional, impressively booked out 5-6 weeks, priced competitively, is human and dog friendly. She asked about immunizations and skin allergies. Her shop was clean and she has a helper for bathing and front desk check in/out, etc. I almost want to keep her a secret but she deserves some bragging and I'm thrilled to have found a groomer that can clip hair clean on the pads of his feet again. She even checks their teeth. He had hair wrapped around his teeth from licking around his mouth like all dogs do. Poor dog-how annoying! We can't have his teeth bothering him in case there's a stranger he needs to attack!! Arg!! Auggie finished happy and gorgeously groomed in just over an hour. Easy to find in Westpark shopping center off Emerald and Maple Grove.

I parked on some gravel and kind of walked around the house for a minute, before trying a doorbell and hoping it was the right place. A sign on the actual door to enter into would have been helpful. They were awesome and let me sit and wait for them to shave her instead of most places that do a drop off. I don't like the drop off model because your animal is kenneled all day when that could be totally avoided. It took 30 minutes. Poppy got a little sassy and hissed/swiped, but both women working were clearly experienced and knew to expect this behavior and manage it well, too. The price point was the same as other places I've been to. Check them out!
