With major purchases, I tend to work through my evaluation in a fairly methodical way, and Kegan not only put up with me, but was patient and accommodating throughout the process. If you've purchased through a dealer, you know that coming to terms on a transaction can involve a little give and take. This all went well, and Kegan and his team ultimately offered pricing that I felt was competitive enough that there was no reason to continue my search elsewhere. A few days after picking up the vehicle, I realized that it didn't have the cargo liner and third-row seatback panels listed on the window sticker. The charger would not charge after being plugged in my garage for hours and would not charge or start their car battery. I finally gave in and jumped their car with hers and the person went on their way. I tried to return the charger and was told it would be a warranty exchange. So they would give me a new one but not my money back. This is their standard procedure because the item was "used". It really wasn't used because it didn't work but ok. So now I have a 90$ charger that customer service informed me that "maybe I could use it to help someone else out". Wish I had been informed of this policy, I would not have even purchased it.
