After finally settling on a design, I requested to see it when they were done with it and before it is placed at the cemetery. They said OK. I received a email saying it was done and a picture of it. They took it to the cemetery without me seeing it or giving the ok that I approve of it. The location they placed it at in the cemetery did not look like the location it was supposed to be at. They placed it in the Cremains area of the cemetery without the cement even being poured. IT WAS TOTALLY THE WRONG AREA. I went to the cemetery immediately. The name on the back of the stone was crooked and off center and the back of the stone was totally off color. I complained to the owner and requested something be done. Nothing was done, we did not accept it or take it. We never received the over $2,000.00 of my brothers estate back. We had to go to another monument company in Lackawanna, NY to have another one made. It is Stone Art Memorial Company, to the Amherst location to discuss the plans. Excellent customer service and beautiful designs. I would highly recommend Stone Art Memorial Company.
